And i don't mean like a morally good guy, I don't care about that. Sure, it'd be funny to see this moral compass date a sleezeball lawyer, but that's not the point.

You only have a few options. And for this, I'm excluding the study group, so I can only think of one and that's the dean. But right off the bat, I can tell you, I don't ship Jeff Winger with Craig Pelton.

And then who's there? Alex? Magnitude? The only one I've thought of that even sort of sounds cute is Pavel, and even that's kinda eh, maybe.

I just want like... a wholesome but cynical guy who gets on Jeff's case about him being an ass, who simps for Jeff just as much as Jeff simps for him, is that too much to ask for?

There is a quote from none other than Alice in Wonderland that goes, "I can't go back to yesterday because I was a different person then," and that got me thinking; isn't that only reason people want to go back and change things? Because they are different people now, and will make different decisions? How amazing is it that people can experience hindsight? How amazing is it that the human brain is ever evolving to the point where we can think of a whole new reality based off of a single decision? How amazing is it that we can become entirely different people after the reading of one novel, or the listening to one story? How amazing is the human brain that can feel regret because it has grown?

Just saw a post where some one was like. "Actually, silver trusts mephiles way too easily, surely they would've know eachother in the past for that to make sense"

And like. No?

The whole point of silver is that he so desperately wanted to save his world and his future that he was willing to do anything, like even fighting a giant fire monster over and over. So when some weirdo shows up and offers a solution that's too good to be true, but it's the only one he has... obviously he's going to take it. And it's not like he doesn't question it. There's literally a whole song in the soundtrack for the moment where he's second guessing everything. And blazes answer to "is it right?" Is that it isn't important because that's all they can do at that point.
