18 Temmuz 2024 Galatasaray Trencin Maçı

*Avusturya'nın Linz kentindeki Raiffeisen Arena'da saat 20:30'da başlayacak olan hazırlık maçı. Hem yaz dönemindeki hem de Avusturya kampında katıldığımız Summer Series Upper Austria organizasyonundaki ikinci karşılaşma olacak. Önceki 2 maçta alınan skorlar can sıkmıştı ama bugün Slovak ekibi önünde biraz daha iyi bir görüntü vermeyi umuyoruz. Bu maçtan sonra ilk etap bitecek ve yurda dönülecek. İkinci bölümde yine burada tabi. Güzel bir akşam geçirmek dileğiyle.

*7. dakikada Derrick Köhn'ün attığı golle Galatasaray 1-0 öne geçti. Adeta ekme��ini taştan çıkardı. Şahane baskısından sonra çok iyi götürdü ve işi bitirdi. İyi başlamıştık. Meyvesi de çabuk düştü.

*22. dakikada Hakim Ziyech ağları sarstı ve durum 2-0 oldu. Mertens'in yerdeyken pası ve Batshuayi'nin de akıl dolu asistiyle hazırlanışı güzel bir gol izledik.

*İlk yarıyı Galatasaray 2-0'lık üstünlükle bitirdi. Bu sefer daha derli toplu bir görüntümüz var. Rakibin seviyesi de belki bunda etken olsa da takımın arzulu hali güzel.

*48. dakikada Dries Mertens şahane yazdı yine ve tabela 3-0 oldu. Muazzam bir kalite ve beyin. Bu sene de bizimle olduğu için şükredilir.

*58. dakikada Michy Batshuayi golü buldu ve Galatasaray'a 4-0'ı verdi. Belçikalı yıldız yeni adresinde hesabı açmış oldu. Çok aradı bu süreçte ve nihayet aradı. Golde Kerem Demirbay'ın payı da özeldi.

*82. dakikada Emmanuel Uchegbu ile Trencin 4-1'i buldu. Derin pas aradan geçince karşı karşıya boş kaldı ve atmak zor olmadı onun için.

*Galatasaray 4-1 kazandı. İlk etap böylece sona erdi. İstanbul'a dönüş ve izin sürecinden sonra yeniden burada 2. etap aşaması başlayacak. Yine aynı organizasyon kapsamında 2 karşılaşma daha oynayacağız. Güzel bir akşam geride kaldı. Isınma süreci devam ediyor. Artık biraz da takviyeleri görmek temennimiz.

Discovering My Roots: A Journey Through My Childhood Region

Good morning, everyone!

Welcome to Day 2 of “Around Slovakia with Jakub Sevcik”! Today, we’re diving into my home region and its must-visit destinations. Are you ready? Let’s begin!

Trenčín: Where My Story Begins

We will start our Day 2 journey at my birthplace, the City of Trenčín. This city is famous for its stunning Trenčín Castle, which sits atop the city, the Roman Inscription on the Trenčín Castle Wall, and the popular summer music festival Pohoda, held at Trenčín Airport every year.

Today, we will explore Trenčín Castle, venturing through its historic halls, enjoying a panoramic view of the city from the Castle Tower, and uncovering the romantic legend of the Well of Love.

Bradlo: A Tribute to a Slovak Hero

After visiting the Castle in Trenčín, we head to Bradlo, home to the Barrow of Milan Rastislav Štefánik. This stunning white stone monument honors one of Slovakia’s greatest historical figures, whom we also mentioned yesterday in Bratislava. At the top of the barrow, you can see some of Štefánik’s famous quotes carved into the stone while enjoying breathtaking views.

Čachtice: The Castle of a Dark Legend

From Bradlo, we continue to Čachtice Castle, once home to one of Slovakia’s most dark figures, Elizabeth Báthory. Known as the "Blood Countess," legend says she committed gruesome crimes, murdering young girls and bathing in their blood to stay young and beautiful. This scary tale gives Čachtice Castle a mysterious atmosphere, making it a must-visit destination.

Piešťany: A Spa Paradise

To end our day, we will visit Piešťany, Slovakia’s world-renowned spa town, known for its healing thermal waters and mud treatments. Visitors from around the world come here to relax and heal, and today, we’ll do the same!

We’ll take a walk across the Spa Island, cross the Colonnade Bridge, and take a picture with the famous Crutch-Breaker Statue, a symbol of healing. Finally, we’ll end our day with some of the best wellness treatments, including thermal pools, mud baths, and saunas.

From iconic Trenčín Castle to the heroism celebrated at Bradlo, the mysterious Čachtice Castle, and the healing thermal waters of Piešťany.
