Chromatic Cabaret [Gay Bar/Club]

Hey, Simblr peps!

Here's a gay bar/club that I created, and wanted to share with you all. I call it the Chromatic Cabaret. It's a 40x30 lot, that I built for 28 Civic Circle in Lucky Palms. I built it with guys in mind because they're my favorite , but feel free to change if you.

This is pretty exciting, as this is the first time I ever shared anything I built, and I've been playing the Sims 3 for 16 years (by the gods, has it really been that long?).

I HOPE THIS WORKS!!

Never in my 29-yo life have i tried to upload anything close to a download link. I'm still not sure how this works but hopefully soon it'll look a bit better.

Anyway; Sims 3 shells, something i think is missing! I love building houses, creating floorplans and make a build look like a home. But sometimes, i just wanna decorate and go. So i've decided to start building shells. Empty homes for you (and moi) to decorate.

House No. 1 is a quick build that i just did. A 4bdr and 2,5 bath family home on a 20x30 lot. Nothing special, just see it as a "pilot". I decided to number the homes instead of giving them fancy names, just so when you see a No. 15 you know there's more :)

I usually build with an illegal ammount of CC but i understood that these don't show up in an Sims3pack? Once i figure out how to make them .package i'll spice it up again. Also; after i upload a shell, would you like to see my version of the decorated home? Maybe for inspo or also for download..?

I have many ideas, builds lined up ready to go and can't wait to share them with you guys.

Arden and Joel's First House

I thought I would show a couple small screenshots I took of Adren and Joel's first house I built them! I used the loan mod to help them afford it and they officially paid it all of today in game!

Now that I know Im loving them, I'll prob start slowly showing them all with you! Its not going to be near as in depth as my past CH posts as this family is truly more for me, but I've been itching to share them with you all!

I am building Shigure's house from Fruits Basket once again, two years after my laptop got stolen along with all my sims 3 files. :')

I made it smaller compared to my 2019 version! I think this time the layout is much closer to the anime. Hopefully i finish this and not get my laptop stolen lol

Castle Keep

The monstrosity I'm currently working on (holding my eyelids open with toothpicks at the moment, but progress is calling and hubby is playing warzone so its not like sleep is likely at the moment, lol). Can't possibly imagine anyone furnishing this thing but it looks good from the outside! Still some work to do on it, I think I may add some tudor finishes once I'm done tweaking walls and roofing. I tried to emulate the university buildings seeing as I'll be using the rabbit holes.

House No. 2 is a modern style house with a 4 bedr and 2,5 bath on a 30x30 lot. Downstairs is an open floorplan with lots of windows and sliding doors to different patio's. On the right side of the house there's a 2 car garage with storage space.

Upstairs you'll find the 4 bedrooms with in the masters suite an ensuite bathroom and even a little nursery (tought that was so cute). Could also be a walk-in, study or library. Do as you please! In front of te second bathroom there's room for your washer/dryer.

Ngl, the garden kinda flopped, so did the exterior paint. And looking at the roof, it's looking a little flat. BUT; that's the fun thing about these, you get to change all that! Hope you enjoy and i'll do some smaller builds next :)
