Fennwhick Grove, Newcrest.

Once a lakeside cottage, Fennwhick Grove has been lovingly reimagined by a local architect with a vision: to echo the timeless charm and sophistication of it's neighbors, Edgar's Creek and Port Bluff. Subtle colonial lines are a nod to Port Bluff's stately profile, while the gentle curves of the garden paths and upper balcony mirror Edgar's Creek's elegant naturalism.

Fennwhick Grove is now a serene retreat for a local writer and her family.

WIP inspired by @pixelplayground's amazing builds and style.

Sharing the rule card graphics I made for the Not So Berry Challenge 2 by @simmer-emsie

They are a 5:7 ratio, since this works best when I'm editing my videos and want to display the rules while playing. 🖤 I also have the Disney Princess Challenge, Sims in Bloom, and the Occult Legacy in progress, which I plan to share soon.

The Penthouse in Cuidad Enamorada

I decided to pull some inspiration from the Ritz-Carlton in Mexico City and create a Penthouse Suite in Cuidad Enamorada!

Next is a rooftop lounge to add a luxurious vibe to the city center <3

A cantina and other builds are coming soon… but Love Day in Cuidad Enamorada in this Penthouse, please SIGN ME UP!! As a Mexican Latina, I wanted to love the new world BUT it needs a little TLC. I am not sure if I am sharing this lot just yet because it will be a HUGE setting for my new LP, but it might be shared at a later date.

The NEW ESTATE drop by @felixandresims is STUNNING and the chandeliers might be my new favorite item!!
