im loving this new way of drawing so far its so silly

the drawing on the left is the sketch i made as a guideline for when i went in with the lasso(?) tool, im really happy with the linework quality on it though since I used a new brush that I absolutely LOVE

I hope I can make more drawings like this soon but up until recently, I think I've been doing more of doodles than anything.

I haven't taken the time to really refine my work and make sure its actually good, and now that I'm taking my time (which clearly shows, this took like 3-4 hours compared to my usual 1-2 hours) my work has improved greatly.

This is my second actually good drawing that I've taken my time and slowed down on, and the first hasn't been posted because its roblox freedraw and im not done.

i mainly draw as an outlet, and because of that I usually feel like I have to rush to get my idea out onto the paper (in this case, screen).

obviously this isn't true, its summer and I could take 3 months to finish a piece if I really wanted to

with that out of the way i'm proud of this one, it let me learn something new, that being that taking my time pays off. ty for reading if you did

tl;dr i learned to take my time on my drawings while making this piece, so expect better quality of art from now on unless i specify it is just silly doodles

A Kpop Fan’s Favorite Hip-Hop & World Music

Though this is a k-pop blog, first and foremost, I enjoy music from all around the world, in a dozen different languages. So here are those albums, if you’re interested! This page is hip hop and world, from Davido to Eminem.

Created by African-Americans, based on drum beats and often featuring rapping or sing-talk, hip-hop is a huge part of k-pop. Think Uh-Oh by (G)I-DLE, Child by Mark, or SHINHWA’s early work.

World Music is a bit of a cop-out of a genre, encompassing everything from Latin Pop to Afrobeats to traditional Korean. Think I Knew It by Sonamoo, Tinnitus by TXT, or Promise by Kingdom.
