I took an incredibly short but fruitful and restorative trip to the Museum of Fine Arts Boston earlier this week, so I'm interrupting the regularly scheduled queue for a bunch of art pictures! Starting with:

From his ongoing Infinite Regress series, this work depicts geometric forms with colored spheres that suggest cyclical movement and lunar symbolism. The title also references a philosophical concept of endless repetition, reflecting on how symbols, traditions, and beliefs continually move, transform, and return. Ore-Giron draws connections between modern abstraction and ancient spiritual architectures, showing how meaning and form circulate across cultures and time. The symmetry and architectural structure in this work echoes ancient Mesopotamian forms like the ziggurat, historically conceived as bridges between worlds. James N. Pete Hagseth just got confirmed to be the Secretary of Defense....

If you don't know who he is, he is most known for being a fox news anchor and was formerly a rank 04 (aka major)in the military. For reference the highest a person can rank is an O10.

At his confirmation hearing couldn't answer question about international affairs and when asked if he would defy illegal orders from trump he refused to answer properly. Has written books stating he wants to bring back waterboarding, how he doesn't think we should follow the geneva convention and that america is above internstional law. Stated on fox news that women shouldn't serve in the military and should be mothers. Also told stories of when he was in the military and made his men ignore commands for superiors (which could get the dishonorably discharged). Wanted to pardon war criminals who were turned in by fellow soldiers. Had multiple failed companies, multiple claims of being drunk at work (disqualifying factor for the job), accused of rape but paid off victim and made her sign an nda(disqualified factor if it had gone to court). And claimed every bad thing against him was "anonymous smears" even though they had records of and names of these accounts (including his mother).

I'm so disgusted that the government would even allow for this repulsive human being to be the secretary of defense.He has no sense of right and wrong and will do anything trump asks of him. Legal or not. Constitutional or not.

Trump is federalizing the California national guard to “bring peace to the lawless city”. There is also reports that he is demanding red states send their troops in. This is an invasion and a violation of the state of California. Should the worst happen and this is the match to the gunpowder we have been worried about be careful.

If you live in California be safe. If you live in states next to California be safe. If trump decided to crack down and use martial law you will be in danger as his thugs go door to door and they won’t take you prisoner it will be a “shoot on sight” or “throw into a camp” situation and you don’t want this to happen to you or your family.

If you are threatened or a minority get north. Cross the border wherever possible and report to a city in Canada requesting asylum it will buy you time to figure out your next move.

DO NOT CROSS AT A LEGAL ENTRY POINT

You will be detained and tortured by the admin they have already been doing this to Americans trying to leave the nation.

Stay safe and god be with you should the worst come.
