Hello girlll!!! Thanks for sharing your thoughts on the audacious post. It's one of my fav tbh I literally came up with it while I was cooking. So coming to your question let me see how I can help you out tbh I share my opinions and what has worked for me so far. So practice discernment and take everything with a pinch of salt✨✨
Tips to improve People Skills/ Being more Charismatic:
1) Find your USP:
USP means Unique Selling Proposition. What makes you unique and I mean it in a personality sense more here. You can extend it to your looks but start from a personality trait cause it will be forever and very personal to you. Even if someone copies it, it will always be a cheap one.
I will elaborate on this with an example:
One of my ex colleagues was really good at socializing. He was 27 years old but I kid you not he looked like a 20 year old or even younger at times. He had a boyish charm and he used it to his full advantage. He literally had a child's energy and would jump here and there in the office, act like a literal child when not working. He had a refreshing energy to him the type that reminds you of your childhood days. Heck after a meeting with the CEO he used to watch cartoons to destress and made us watch it too so we could also relax but when it came to work he was smart, efficient and knew how to use his easy going socializing energy to generate sales. So you get my point right?? Find what attracts people to you or what value you can offer to them.
2) Knowledge. Education.
I personally swear by this. Be as disgustingly educated as possible. Know about various topics at least the basics of current trends or what's hot and some off topics. This adds dimension to your personality and helps you to hold a conversation with anyone. Plus you never run out of topics to speak on.
3) Confidence. No elaboration needed.
4)Sense of humour.
Why bore people to death by reciting the merciless nature of Julius Caesar when you could present it as a joke when something relatable comes up??? People are more likely to find you charismatic if you can make them laugh.
5) Master the art of Storytelling
This!!! Right here is a cheat code I tell you. You don't have much knowledge to speak on for now? Fine as you gradually work on it hold conversations by sharing bits of your life in a colorful way. Engage people with your life stories. Make them fun and a little dramatic. I am not advising you to lie. There's always a way you can convey something in an entertaining manner. Master it. I personally use it a lot and it's fun to connect with people cause they too loosen up and share their stories and then you link it up with your sense of humour by adding a nice comment or comeback.
Warning : Never share details that are very personal to you. Only share funny incidents and situations that won't bring you in trouble if gossiped about. Practice with discernment.
6) Learn positive body language and develop empathy. Empathy truly helps you in connecting with people on a deeper level and creating a bond based on trust and emotions.
7) Smile. Don't grin like a fool but when you see someone you know make a note to address them. Wish them good morning ,etc . Pass a genuine smile towards them. Be polite.
8) Be genuinely interested in other people but not in a nosy way instead in a healthy way. Help them out if you can. A good deed never goes to waste.
9) Have a positive outlook on everything. No one wants a pessimistic person around them. Even on days you can't. You know the mantra ," Fake it till you make it".
10) Support people. Be kind. Soft spoken. Know your place. Don't downplay yourself in front of people who are clearly not at your level and don't overestimate yourself in front of people who are professionals in those fields. Get a grip on how to act with whom. You won't know it until and unless you won't do it. Have a strong sense of self, be opinionated, confident and be witty. It's fun that way. Push your limits and don't be afraid to network with new people and talk to strangers. Who knows what will happen??
Possibilities are endless.

Fundamentalists really, truly believe that if they just ask the Right Way®, the Powers-that-Be will listen.
They never listen. Never. Never, ever, ever. Their job is not to listen. Their job is to command. Your job is to listen.
Hope springs eternal for the rank-and-file. They think that if there was ever a problem it was either:
The petitioner did it wrong or was wrong or said it wrong or whatever.
The petitionee was a uniquely bad egg.
Nope, friends. Nope. The Powers-that-be will never listen. Ever.
But for the record, here's what this almost-done-with-his-degree Accounting Major is asking for. As you read it, remember when you tried this similar approach and what happened? He's no different.
The Issue
Cultivating Christlike Community: A Call for Policy Reform at Bob Jones University Presented by Carter Burton, Current Student
To the Administration, Faculty, and Board of Bob Jones University:
My name is Carter Burton, and I am writing this as a current student who deeply values many aspects of Bob Jones University. During my time here, I have built life-giving friendships, met my girlfriend, and received a valuable education that I will always be grateful for. This institution has impacted me in ways I never imagined—and for that, I am truly thankful.
However, I also write this out of a growing concern. I believe that Bob Jones University’s strong adherence to certain traditional policies—especially those rooted too much in cultural conservatism—has had unintended consequences. Many prospective students who share our core values are being driven away, not by our faith, but by avoidable restrictions that feel disconnected from modern Christian life.
We recently celebrated an increase in freshman enrollment over last year. While this is a positive development, we must be honest: the numbers are still well below where they once were. In a competitive landscape where schools like Pensacola Christian College offer a similar value proposition at a lower cost, it is time for BJU to seriously consider some moderate but meaningful policy reforms that would enhance student life and broaden our appeal.
Below are a few proposals I respectfully submit for consideration:
1. Dress Code Reform a. Shorts:
Currently, shorts are allowed only for athletic activities. This leads to situations where students are expected to walk across campus in heavy pants—even in South Carolina’s heat. Allowing modest shorts (e.g., no more than 4 inches above the knee) as casual wear would be a moderate and sensible change. We already wear them for intramurals and gym—clearly, they’re not considered inherently immodest.
b. Class Dress Timing:
Requiring students to remain in class dress until 5:00 p.m., even when classes end much earlier, feels unnecessarily restrictive. A student who finishes classes at 2:00 p.m. should be free to change into casual attire afterward. This is especially relevant when the Dining Common opens at 4:30 p.m., creating confusion around dress expectations.
c. Hoodies:
In colder months, hoodies should be permitted as part of class dress. If we can wear rain jackets for inclement weather, we should be able to wear clean, modest hoodies for warmth. (e.g. allow from October 1st to March 1st)
2. Social and Entertainment Policies a. Music:
The current policy prohibits styles such as rock, pop, jazz, country, rap, and hip-hop due to their perceived association with “markers of our current corrupt culture.” However, such generalizations deny students the opportunity to exercise personal discernment. A more balanced approach would be to prohibit music with profanity or explicitly unbiblical content, rather than entire genres.
b. Movies:
Allowing students to watch PG-13 movies—many of which are thoughtful, moral, and even spiritually enriching—would acknowledge the maturity of our student body. For example, The Lord of the Rings is a PG-13 series with strong Christian allegory and redemptive themes. Students should be trusted to make wise, Spirit-led decisions in this area.
c. Off-Campus Interaction with Opposite Sex:
Students of the opposite sex should be allowed to meet off-campus in public settings (e.g., restaurants, parks, etc.), as long as they are not traveling alone together. This modest change would reflect real-world social expectations while maintaining appropriate boundaries.
  These are not radical proposals. They are modest and reasonable changes that would better reflect the maturity and responsibility expected of college students who are learning to live out their faith. They also offer a path forward for BJU to grow its student body, remain competitive, and strengthen our testimony. While some might not agree with every single proposal, it is my hope that those who read will still sign in order to raise awareness that Bob Jones needs to make moderate change to appeal to potential students. 
I am not writing this anonymously or ashamedly. I write this in good faith, out of love for Bob Jones University and a desire to see it flourish. I welcome the opportunity to discuss these thoughts further with members of the administration or board.

Meta: On the Lament and the Tide.
Okay, you need to bare with me here because this is going to be a very long and rambly thought process that I'm not entirely sure will be coherent, but that doesn't matter right now it's not about me making sense. (BELOW THE CUT IS SPOILERS FOR EVERYTHING UP TO AND INCLUDING W.UWA PATCH 2.0 AND P.GR PATCH SHAPER'S RIPPLES)
With the advent of 2.0 for W.uWa, we're made aware of a rather unique event that does not, in the eyes of THETYS constitute as a Lament level event. HOWEVER, this is an irregularity due to the nature of the unique event, but only if you take the event on face value. A Threnodian is confirmed to have been, and continuing to be, active in R.inascita yet there hasn't been a Lament triggered within TETHYS' observation, instead they experienced something known as the Dark Tide which caused all echoes to go berserk.
This, of course, should be considered a point of alarm when we take into account certain... things. Once, and remnants of it can still be found, Wu.Wa had a location called Zero Point Research Station, this should be considered a rather alarming spot to anyone that's kept up to date with the event of P.GR. Zero-Point energy is the point at which a civilisation is considered to have reached the Pinnacle of its advancement, once you achieve this the universe effectively targets you for a cosmic reset in the form of a mimetic virus.
In P.GR, the mimetic virus is rather affectionately named the Punishing TIDE, an infection so deadly that it has the ability to completely override machines and give them sentience. Now, let's refer back to R.inascita and the Dark TIDE, when echoes seemingly achieve sentience and start to rampage. This does not count as a LAMENT event despite it meeting all the criteria, and why? Because it's said to have come from the wounds of the Sentinel. The Punishing Tide was contained and weakened by being trapped inside the consciousness of a self-aware supercomputer known as Gestalt. A supercomputer that still needed top level authorisation to carry out important instructions, in the same way the Sentinels require the Rover's authority to impart their authority into resonators. Sounds like reaching that they could be the same, right? ENTER NANAMI

Nanami, sweet little Nanami who was intimately aware of the true nature of the Punishing Tide the entire time, suspiciously waiting for the Rover to appear before disappearing from the Black Shores to travel far away. Nanami is a vital clue into the nature of the Lament and the Tide. You see, if you explore the Black Shores just enough, eventually you find more and more items that explain that one humanity reaches a certain point a Lament occurs, to the point that the Black Shores have effectively put a ban on space travel. From this, we can imply that they too have made the link between Laments and advancement. The Rover explicitly wiped their memory of the Laments in an attempt to put an end to them by forgetting their cause. But... Why? Simply, the Lament is a Mimetic Virus, on that feeds on sound to achieve its goal. And the Sentinels are merely clusters of it that serve to contain it unless interfered with. So I proposite that the Dark Tide is actually the Punishing tide, and that the Wuthering Phenomenon is merely a version of the Punishing Virus that has not made it to the strength to completely wipe out humanity yet.
