so, kou always knew his mom was in the fatui, and to be frank — he didnt really care. he heard enough stories about how bad every single fatui member is, but he couldnt help but feel different when his mom would send her closest subordinates to pass gifts from her to him, even trying to spark up conversations (which didnt work, but that wasnt their fault)

izabela started working right under sandrone when kou was 9, so he doesnt remember the time that izabela worked for someone else — he always heard of sandrone from his mother. izabela often talked about her in her later letters (after kou turned 12, she started telling him more stuff about her life in general), so kou was used to hearing about her boss, "lady sandrone".

but he knew some things were changing, even if izabela continued to refer to her boss as only "lady sandrone" — the way she talked about her slowly changed, and kou could tell they had became closer, especially with the fact that izabela essentially became sandrones right hand (although, no one but these two actually know what izabelas job is..). izabela officially told him that they were together when he was 14, but theyve been dating basically in secret for over a year. despite being a bit nervous at first, because his mom is dating a harbinger, kou was just plain happy for his mom — at that point in life, he knew what happened to her, and he could see that she was truly happy with sandrone.

there was nervousness on izabelas and sandrones end of the stick too, of course. it would be different if izabelas kids were little, but kou was 14, and aniela was 21 — if they didnt like sandrone, they will show it.

ever since they started dating, kou and aniela treated sandrone like their mother — finally made official after izabela and sandrone got married when kou was 17 and aniela 24.

in conclusion: kou loves his mama AND his mom !! even if theyre crazy

but thankfully, that was not the case — kou and aniela both love sandrone, kou especially. their personalities just clicked, and now alongside his usual correspondence with izabela, kou has a long list of letters back and forth with sandrone, talking about every single topic under the sun, as well as some less known things about other harbingers (that sandrone tells him not to share).

Video game I saw in a dream. It was in this low poly style like an older video game. You play as this character I think was meant to be a lamb, or maybe a weird mix of a lamb a mouse and a rabbit, (while not really looking like any of those things) and you’re running away from a wolf. Your objective is to last as long as possible before the wolf catches and eats you.

The house you’re running in is endless and bizarrely put together like most building interiors in dreams are (like the infinite toilet dream dimension on Reddit lol) the layout of the house is pretty detailed, you can stop and hide in places like closets or bins while the wolf looks for you, you can go up and down stairs and into rooms etc.

You never actually know where the wolf is or how close it is to you until it appears in your line of sight, it makes no noise and the game gives you no way of knowing where it is, and it’s pretty unpredictable it doesnt move at a consistent pace. When the wolf catches you there’s an animation showing it eating your character

Mammon is highly possessive of you. It shows in all gestures big and small. From insisting you take the window seat so you're less visible from the train aisle, to wresting you away from his slimy brothers when they get too close. He takes out predatory loans to buy you a little something when you're feeling down. Usually treats and getaways. They're rumored to bring lovers closer together when shared, but you don't need to know about that. He reminds you that he's your first - that means he needs to be the priority in your life. Don't you forget it.

Mammon is also incredibly tsundere. "Whaddya think you're doing!?" he'll exclaim, pushing you away. His cheeks are as red as his savings account. "Tryin' to worm your way into my arms like that? Ain't never heard of a human as bold as you."

Except, he forgets that he's the one who grabbed you. Curled his arms protectively around you and pulled you into his chest as if shielding you from rains of hellfire. Guarded you from prying eyes of lesser beings and swept you away somewhere more secluded, all because a random salesman grabbed your shoulder. Only he's allowed to touch you like that. Only when his heart is ready.
