im still figuring out most of the au, but the general idea is that its a time skip au that takes place about 15 years after the main events we see in sth (making Sonic around 30). just like Sonic, Cyrus isnt anyone special -- hes just a guy that loves adventure. he grew up on his own until he met Sonic, who decided to take him under his wing so to speak. hes definitely fast and strong, but could use some training to really put his skills hes picked up to good use.

the au doesnt have a main plot yet, im mostly focusing on the characters, how theyve changed as theyve grown, and their relations to each other

I think I remeber you answering a question on pain transferral in relation to transformations - such as say if wolfie hurt his tail it’d transfer to the tailbone (but like that makes sense as humans still have residual tails for it to map onto)

my question is what happens when you have a transformation that doesn’t map neatly to the human body, for example if Hyrule in fairy form damaged a wing

Yes! And YES I agree with you, in cases like say fairy hyrule breaks his wing then the closest limb to the others would be an arm and they'd feel the pain there

As for the wolfie question I can see it tbh, like a super loud noise that hurts his ears and makes him feel pain, would probably distort his hearing a lil bit, like maybe he hears a ringing or something

But the others would only feel the pain and not the hearing distortion/ringing!

I know that in canon (at least from the limited media I’ve consumed) Booster Gold hasn’t been to knowledgeable about history (again all I’ve really seen with him is in series) but I think it would be really funny if he was a huge history geek but doesn’t want to seem like a nerd so he never mentions that he knows all of this until he meets someone’s sidekick who is like- his favorite hero in history and starts confusing everyone around him because booster this kid did not defeat staro and vandal savage (almost)single handedly wtf????

Ooh, there are so many good options, especially knowing how intensely and variably the songs can be changed for the concept (My favourite example of this being Robin's version of Imus, which shares the chorus lyrics and the flute riff and nothing else with the original). A rap verse on any hotband song would already be a lot, TM.

I think the yellow album would make for some great Käärijä songs. Gold digger or Mun pitäis se jo tietää are definitely his vibe. On the other hand, Jere could go the complete opposite route and do one of the slower songs, really lean into those singing elements in there. Luotan tulevaan wouldn't surpriseme, tbh.

I know Johannes absolutely loves both Kot Kot and People's champion, so those are both on the table. Especially with how many clips of Johannes singing People's champion we already have, and lord knows they work on these covers for ages ahead of time... But never put it past Johannes Brotherus todo something silly, and go for like Takavoltti or something.

I'll be happy with anything. It is a dream they are in the same season.
