I have the hc of Scotty as a child becoming friends with Vester, and then developing a type of father/son bond. But then they stopped talking when Scotty grew up and had to move away.

And now is where the angst comes, now I imagine teen Scotty reuniting with Vester, but Scotty is NOT fine (Cthylla is really messing up Scotty’s mental health with nightmares) and Vester tries to help him, to help someone he even considered as a ‘son’, a child to protect. I also want to draw that.
