lawd he would literally start off as a normal customer at the coffee cafe you worked at to pay your rent and college funds, you would see him come in regularly to the point you could tell his order to him, but you never would. you love his deep awkward voice, his voice sounded like angels coming down to earth. like the gates of heaven opened up whenever he opened up his mouth, anyways.. the more often he came in the more you guys got close, you loved every second you spent with him even if it was just you taking his order. “hey jaehyun, what can I get for you today” you asked him even though you already knew his order. he smiled at you softly, pushing back his thick framed black glasses with his index finger. “can i get just a ice americano, extra ice please?” he spoke softly, you nodded. “cash or card?” , “card, thank you yn” you felt immediate butterflies in your stomach once you heard your name fall off his tounge, suddenly your name sounded so beautiful. “Of course, jae”

3 weeks later

you’ve been wondering where your favorite customer was, he hasn’t been to the cafe since he said your name. did he find another place to buy his coffee? why was he basically cheating? you were lost in a train of thought till you heard the door open, the little bell ringing. Speaking of the devil. there he was, in all of his glory. his cute little glasses and his cute little hoodie and his cute little baggy jeans, gosh he was so cute. “Hey jae” you spoke to him like he was your friend, he smiled at you like last time. “Hi yn” he replied to you, his dimples appearing with a tint of blush on his cheeks. god he was so adorable, “the usual?” You couldn’t help but smile harder at his little nod, handing his card over to you. “you know my order” he laughed softly, fixing his hair while you cashed him out, “of course i do, ice americano with extra ice. kinda easy to remember” you replied faster than you would’ve liked. The blush on his cheeks appearing more than before, you decided to take the chance. ask him out on a date, “hey jae, i get out in like…8 minutes? wanna hang out then?” He nodded quickly, smiling hard. “I would like that, I’ll wait for you.” you were geeked, excited to hang out with your little crush.

6 months later

“such a slut, you know that?” He laughed into the phone, “mm, keep going jae” you whined softly, turning the vibrator up a notch. “calling me when im in the study hall, can’t even wait till i get to your place? touching yourself when I told you specifically not to.” he spoke in a stern tone, way different from the first time you met, you moan into the phone, legs shaking from pleasure. “called me to get off from my voice? fucking whore” he grumbled into the phone, “jae, m’ close” , “don’t come yet, wait till I get back” , “but you get home in like- mm fuck, 2 hours” , “and? don’t fucking cum.”

a/n:..wait...cus why are you a literal genius this got a lil kick teww ittttt.. (kinda soooorta angsty but like if you squint, katsuki is bad at feelings but he tries his hardest, kissing, no biting for once wow its been a while..dont worry yall its comin, short lil drabble, hope u enjoy ! <3)

"your eyes are so pretty katsu."

katsuki bakugou thinks he'll never be able to get used to you when he looks down at your head in his lap, raising a brow as a defensive mechanism to not turn red all the way down to his chest.

"where'd this come from ?" he leans into your hand almost reflexively when you place it against his cheek, still not breaking eye contact as you smile at him, he feels warmth crawl up his back and it makes him squint.

"nowhere," you run your finger across his cheek, than across his nose bridge "just wanted to tell you."

he gulps, clearing his throat his eyes fight to keep looking into yours, relaxed and happy and comfortable. it feels strange to see someone so comfortable around him.

"yeah ?"

"mhm, your lashes are so long too." you muse. it's casual, it comes out so easily.

he feels his heart beat loudly against his chest when you run your fingers over his eyebrows. you keep on touching him, and he likes it, usually. but it's overwhelmingly nice, you're overwhelmingly nice and he doesn't know what to do with it. because bakugou isn't sweet like you. he can't casually tell you that he loves your eyes, that he could be perfectly content staring at you doing whatever for hours on end, that random things he sees when he's out remind him of you and that you're the last thing he thinks about when he falls asleep.

because it comes out wrong, when he does. but even still your words make him so unbearably giddy. it's foreign receiving compliments, and if he does their almost always quirk related. but these are different and they're from you, so it feels even better and though embarrassment creeps up onto his body his heart buzzes and beats proudly. he feels like he can't sit still so he does the next best thing.

"shush." he mumbles, pinching your cheeks to make you pout. you splutter out a giggle when he leans down to place a sloppy wet kiss onto your duck lips. "you keep sayin' weird shit.." he dodges your grin when he lets go of your cheek.

"but they are long ! and your eyes are pretty ! that's not weird, it's the truth." you maintain, nodding afterwards like your word is law. fuck, he loves you.

"be quiet." he pinches your lips shut and you start flailing around with muffled giggles and squeals. katsuki follows, laughing through his nose and meanly moving your lips around in his grip.

"fuck, you drive me crazy.." your eyes snap open at his soft eyes and words. his eyes shine mischievously but his cheeks are bright as he smirks. you pout at him and it makes him want to squeeze you until you pop. ( he remembers you called it cute aggression or something)

"you talk too damn much." he pinches your cheek "needa be punished for drivin' me nuts all the damn time."

"jush shay yur not goo wif complimeshs." katsuki snorts at your attempts to talk with your cheek in his grip, and he can't help the half smirk on his face when you laugh. he releases your cheek in favor of leaning down to press his lips against yours.

"you're the pretty one, dummy."

"but we can both be pretty !"

"whatever, you're prettier then."

katsuki still feels his heart thump loudly in his chest, and he's sure he'll keep feeling like this for a long while. your words will keep sticking to his heart like they always do. and maybe he is 'pretty', he'll go along with that for you, but you're definitely prettier.

I have a head canon that before he was mortal Apollo is an ok parent by godly standards. He has a lot of kids, they seem like they aren't angry towards him and he knows most of his kids in TOA even though he can't remember much else. It's like He's full of himself but that carries over to his kids. He's the center of the universe, perfect, amazing, the literal sun. His kids half of him so they're ALSO perfect, amazing, talented and the best. I really can't think of a Apollo kid that went to Luke's side so I think it's cus they know exactly where they stand with their godly parent. Obviously he's still a God so he wasn't like at their little league games but his cabin knows he thinks about them.
