Father in heaven, we love and revere you. We recognize that you have the power and authority over all of heaven and earth. You formed the seas, you set the sun in its place, and you gave us life. God, you have cleared the paths of life for me. You have filled me with gladness and your presence. Your Spirit dwells in me and guides me to righteousness and peace. You are perfect, holy, and merciful. You hold the fabric of the world together with your fingers and everything is revealed beneath your gaze. I praise you with my whole heart, mind, body, and spirit. In Jesus’ mighty name I pray. Amen.

Prayer for July 2nd

Heavenly Father we pray for those who are grieving and mourning today. The pain that comes from loss can be devastating and leave lasting effects on anyone. I pray that you would heal them and draw close to them, so they know the love and peace that comes from Jesus. Lord, we pray that the scars can smooth, and each day becomes slightly less burdensome until finally, those who mourn can share the legacy of their loved ones with joy, peace, and gratitude for each moment they had with those who've passed. We pray this in Jesus' strong name. Amen.

Heavenly Father, we pray for the power and might of the Holy Spirit to flow through our world, our nations, our cities, our neighborhoods, our schools, our homes, and our hearts. Change us and mold us into the people You have created us to be. Deepen our faith in Jesus Christ and fortify us against anything that would try to take us away from him. Prayer for May 27th

Loving Father, thank you for every person who helps connect others with Jesus Christ. It doesn’t matter if it is through an outward pouring of the gifts or they are behind the scenes, we are grateful for them. For every person who has the desire to serve you, but doesn’t know where, please offer direction. And for every person who serves you faithfully, encourage and bless them. We pray this all in Jesus’ strong name. Amen.

Jesus, I can’t wait for the day to meet you face to face. No longer will I be in this temporary body, but living in eternity with you. I don’t fully know or understand what that will look like, but my soul yearns for it. My heart aches for the day when I can worship you and the Father in the purity of heaven. Heavenly Father, we pray for everyone who is affected by the storms of life. They cause havoc and try to take us away from peace. But Jesus is the Prince of Peace and calms the storms. We trust in Jesus to be our safety and strength when we can’t do it alone. We pray this in the mighty and unending name of our Lord Jesus, amen.

In the name of Jesus Christ, I stand against the enemy and his schemes. I am a child of the most high God and I have accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior. He goes before me and fights my battles for me. I have no reason to fear. I am fearfully and wonderfully made by the almighty and all that I am is to the glory of the Father. In Jesus’ name I pray. Prayer for June 13th

Dear God, I’m not the person I used to be. I’ve changed. My heart, mind, desires, and passions have shifted. My joy is found in Jesus. My hope is present when I look at the cross. No longer do I trust in myself, my desire for control or my strength to carry me through. I place my whole trust in the One who overcame death and sin. I place my whole trust in Jesus Christ. Amen.

Loving God, storms come. They batter us, knock us off our balance, and distract us away from the good things that are happening. But they also show where we’re weak. Storms reveal areas of fear, weakness, or neglect. Strengthen those who are in the storms, calm them, and bring them peace that can only come in Jesus. We pray all of this in his mighty name. Amen.

Dear God, I have sinned. I have thought, said, and done things that don’t bring you honor. I have not held captive every thought and word, and this has caused damage. I pray that you would forgive me of my sins and turn me back towards the goodness of Jesus Christ. Today is a new day with new mercy, let me never take this for granted. In Jesus’ mighty name I pray. Father in heaven, please help me to reflect all of the fruits of the Spirit. I want to be known for love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self control. I want to be a person that others know and see as being Christlike. I pray that even in my weakness and brokenness You would be honored. I pray this all in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

Jesus, Lord of my life, Prince of Peace, and Savior. You are perfect, holy, and good. You gently lead me to safety and comfort and correct me when I’m going the wrong direction. You are unique and fully God. You are divine and fully man. You are the solution to the fallen world and all will bow before You. Thank you. I pray this all in Your mighty name. Amen.
