linguistics is a lot of different branches! doing a general study of it now before i go the specialised route, but essentially if you compare it to literature etc where it's how the words connect to the theme, linguistics is rather how the words are strung together to reflect the author's socio-cultural environment or something. besides that there's how languages are formed and why, but my interest lies in modern sociolinguistics! Carlito has three years of experience with the organization. I told Carlito, " My husband needs help. I will be back" At that time, Carlito was talking to another co-employee. He said, "Alright." So, around 11:35 am, I drove to pick up my spouse so he could pick his car up from the repair shop. I returned to work at 1:00 pm. I went to my boss' office and told him I am back, and I am taking the day off. My supervisor remained silent and fixed his gaze on me. I thought about it. Was I interpreted correctly? Or do we speak a different language? Is there something I'm not getting through to him, or is he ignoring me? I clocked out and left for the day.

I wanted to accept defeat while feeling true humility instead of taking a tooth for a tooth or an eye for an eye. After a few months, Jose brought me a Christmas card containing one scratch lottery ticket. I saw him for the last time then. Without saying goodbye or giving notice, Jose left. There was no farewell party or notice when Jose left. Over the years, I have witnessed numerous management changes; one day, there was another.

Two years passed, and I have been punching in and out for a thirty-minute lunch break. Carlito, my supervisor, will be taking the vacated position of another employee who also left. Carlito told me that Tara will be my new supervisor. I will have a new female supervisor, a coworker, for nineteen years. This time, a word of hope resonated, "I have been pressed on all sides but not crushed; perplexed but not in despair; persecuted but not abandoned; struck down but not destroyed."  Sometimes, it is possible to recover creatively after a setback, but feeling humiliated is common. Work is not about feeling humiliated; it's about doing what needs to be done. The most valuable thing in the world is the human freedom of the mind. And for that, I would fight for the mind's unbridled freedom to follow any course. Human resources informed me that I didn't need to manually clock in and out because the computer had already automatically scheduled my thirty-minute lunch break. Moreover, if I had to take a leave of absence, I should take the whole day off.

Despite the humiliation, leading a peaceful life and remaining humble is essential. And I connect with this: in this challenging world, life becomes meaningful when one learns from mistakes and gets back up after falling. Acknowledge it and demonstrate your ability to move on and improve yourself. You pick yourself up, draw lessons from it, and move on. Maintain your progress toward becoming a better person. By doing so, I can hold my head high, knowing that I have passed the test of time. Despite my obstacles, I must keep working towards my goals. Map all the mandatory fields

Ensure all the Mandatory fields are mapped with your CRM fields. A warning will be displayed if the mandatory fields are not mapped properly.

If your exported file does not provide a value for a mandatory field, then the default layout value of the field is used. 

Records cannot be imported simultaneously into two different modules. Additionally, you cannot import records into the same module at the same time as another user.

Export records from Zoho CRM

Before exporting the records it is important to note that Zoho CRM can export a maximum of 3000 records from the module in CSV format.

Unlike import, you cannot export records of all the modules at a time. You can only export records from one module at a time.

Steps to export records from Zoho CRM

Step 1: Navigate to the Settings<<Data administration tools<< Export.

Step 2: Select the module from the drop-down from which you want to export records.

Step 3: Click on Export. Now the records of the selected module will be exported as .csv files.

Import Records to Vtiger CRM

Once you export all the modules from Zoho CRM, it is time to import all your .csv files into the Vtiger CRM.

Steps to import records in Vtiger CRM

Step 1: Log in to your Vtiger CRM account.

Step 2: Navigate to the modules one by one which you want to import into your Vtiger CRM.

Step 3: Click on the Import icon at the top of the Module’s list view.

Step 4: On the Import Wizard, there you need to execute three processes for the successful migration of records.

Upload your CSV– Click on Select from my Computer and upload the desired .csv files of that module.

Step 5: Duplicate Handling– First you have to select how the duplicate records are handled from the drop-down.
