i like to think that each employer has an important task in nevada, bringing order, keeping the inhabitants alive. and they control each part of the world. Auditor is supposed to keep the other place/purgatory under control (and well, getting a bit distracted with hank.), conductor provides grunts with water to drink, stygian deals with dissonance/S3LF energy within nevada and keeps it stable, and delib oversees the border of nevada itself/the nowhere.

employers arent supposed to mess around with nevadeans directly, so the other employers think auditor is kind of. Messing up whats he supposed to be doing. quite an idiot, but they still respect him even if hes kind of stupid, conductor, especially, is the one who communicates with the auditor the most, because of their agency contracts.

they talk in this weird flowery god language, and always refer to nevadeans as lowly mortals. the employers refer to eachother as "brother/sister" (they have no concern for gender so it interchanges). when theyre at a dinner table auditor is the yapper. stygian likes to tease at auditor. "getting rusty, brother?" conductor just quietly sits and sips his tea. delib is completely absent from the table and Nobody knows where they are. stygian and auditor keeps bickering with eachother and they have this sibling rivalry thing going on.

also conductor moves like. a snake. how do i explain this. his tail slithers when he moves on the ground (audi and stygian prefers to be in the air) and i think delib just disappears into a mist and reappears behind people without really "walking" or floating towards them

theyre also kind of referred to as gods in their own way. like auditor = the angered god conductor = the peaceful god delib = the sleeping god stygian = the deceitful god

this is hard to explain but, each employer has their own theming. auditor is an intimidating business boss, conductor's a wise dapper. stygian is the snarky jester. and delib is the Beast, and will be angered if awoken.

oh yeah idk why I haven't done this yet here's an arena report for the AEW Dynamite St Paul MN in March 2025 since I was there in attendance at the roy wilkes auditorium!!

before the show Justin Roberts did some light crowd hyping then announced "BONUS MATCHES" and I don't think they were filmed? not sure? oh yeah and before the show began the sign with the botchamania announcers art was given a special shout out by justin roberts, I assume that thing has to have made air at some point but it wasn't on hardcam side.

Julia Hart over Robyn Renegade

the crowd was super warm towards hometown girl Julia and she got a very strong pop. I remember some bits of the match being sloppy but it was mostly standard so I think it was a great crowd pleasing opener

Bishop Kaun over Jay Lethal

bishop kaun was announced as being from the twin cities so he got a babyface hometown pop too. the crowd appreciated jay lethal too and were happy to see him. I don't remember anything about this one lol

then just some of what I remember about the crowd/show -- they were SUPER into hurt syndicate and the "we hurt people" chant which I was very pleased to see. shelton benjamin was also much beloved by the crowd and repeatedly got chants. MJF also had a pretty big pop when he came out for what it's worth.

top flight was much beloved of course and got a special spotlight at the very end after the show along with their family which was lovely

I was among the people doing the "let's go max you're the best wrestler alive" chant, plus some people sitting near me were talking about it before the show. section 208 started doing it briefly during the MJF segment which made me laugh

i noticed around an hour and forty minutes into the show that a couple dozen people had left their seats somewhere and started lining up against the wall of the floor to get a better view so you can probably see that on the show if you're looking for it

when justin roberts was hyping the crowd he would call out specific balcony sections but never called out my section (204) until people in my section chanted 204 during one of the later commerical breaks whereupon we were acknowledged.

the crowd chanted for aubrey edwards prior to the main event plus we got special dapper yapper hyping for the main event too which included him shouting out a member of the gagne family was in attendance around the front row but I can't recall who it was

after signing off (I had an excellent view to be able to notice aubrey crouched outside the ring giving megan and penelope the signals telling them when they were off the air) TK came out and suggested it would be cool to return to the twin cities. Tony asked who in the crowd had attended full gear 2021. besides that I can't remember what else he said. like I mentioned before the last last thing was top flight and their family getting a spotlight for the home town

anyway i had a great time, sorry I have like no opinion on most of the matches because I was just vibing and being into them lmao. I definitely want to go to an AEW show again as soon as I can
