Was doomscrolling on tumblr and was reminded of this crossover- Then I realized I forgot to post one of my old animations and so here you go-

Dib has a LOT more childish innocence than we realize:

I don't think Dib truly knows what will ACTUALLY happen if he wins. Like, on one hand, he wants to see Zim's intestines. (Aka, his drawing of Zim cut open.) On the other, he truly believes that Zim will be ALIVE by the end of it. (The fact that drawing-Zim is screaming in horror rather than pain or just flat out dead AND that future Dib episode where Dib's dream future has Zim captured and experimented on and cut open but ALIVE.)

That and while Dib knows Zim has been "well trained" I don't think he KNOWS this means that Zim is an ACTUAL soldier who has seen AND caused a lot of death. Whereas Dib hasn't seen or caused any. (To my knowledge.)

I just find it sad and interesting that Dib believes that if he wins, Zim will be vivisected but still be alive 👏🏻at👏🏻the👏🏻same👏🏻time!👏🏻

And while Zim can also be childish, he can also be competent and serious. (Aka "The Wettening" and "Dark Harvest".)

Not to mention that while Dib has done a lot of stuff to defeat, humiliate, and stop Zim; the Irken himself ACTUALLY TRIED to KILL Dib in that time travel episode. I don't recall Dib EVER actually trying to kill Zim.

anyway party animals is a Really good name. i found recently that vee/shrimpo is called rage quit and that one is also really good. another one I came up with a bit ago was tisha/looey being 'clean fun' but i was wanting to put it on The Master Post but that was the only real one I had so I wanted to wait to have more. I also thought of connie/ginger being gingerrail but that one only makes sense to me bc i Strongly believed connie was going to be a train conductor when we saw her original epic mickey concept art, so she still has a train theme in my mind

some honorable mentions I remember other people suggested on the post, gigi/connie being 'grave robbers', sprout/boxten being 'strawberry jam', connie/teagan being 'invisibilitea', and boxten/teagan being 'the boxten tea party'

Hello friends, I’m so sorry for my absence once again.

I did say I could potentially die again…lol.

It’s really hard to balance two fandoms and over 20+ projects all at once. Why did I start all these…

Personal ramblings / venting under the cut, ignore them if you wanna!

This was made honestly for fun? A lot of the work I’ve been doing (on my fanfics, my other animatics, making ZADR and other art in general, etc) has felt like, well, just that. Work. It’s becoming something I dread just a little even though I love it.

So, I decided to do what I wanted to do, and not what others are begging me or wanting me to. If I don’t finish this one and never let you guys see how it was supposed to end, I won’t feel bad like with my other projects.

Sorry for the ramblings. I’m burnt out. Merry Christmas… you’ll be seeing me again before or maybe on the 25th. ;3
