Trying to get back in the swing of things. Here’s a Talerator Jared design made at 4 AM while I’m tired out of my mind.

What's Papyrus's favorite fo- I mean uh, does Alphys talk to Mettaton by the Ruins door like Sans and Toriel in UT? And if so, what do they talk about? Jokes, puns, etc... or do they just chat n stuff?

Ahem... well, yes, Mettaton (Who is called Hapstablook in this universe) does talk to Alphys quite a bit... they have for quite a while.

Hapstablook likes to hang around the Door near the end of the Ruins where he takes the time to think to himself... is what I would like to say but, Hapstablook just sings and dance around that spot... every single day during his free time...

Let me tell you, his singing voice goes so high that if you were to just a simple glass of water into the room, the glass would shatter immediately, along with the water. (Somehow.)

But one day, we was singing a song he made by himself that's simply called "Dear, my love." When all of a sudden, Hapstablook heard pacing and sobbing on the other side of the door. It definitely wasn't Asgore or his son because their voices don't get all... high pitched when their upset.

So Hapstablook sat there in silence for a little bit to see what was going on. But the sobbing on the other side got worse and worse, so Hapstablook couldn't resist thought his charm would be able to cheer the sobbing sad sack up... He asked the person what was wrong... the person on the other side froze for a while, but after a long while of silence.

The voice responded with a few mumbles, the two talked for hours about the struggles of socializing with others or understanding how they feel. Eventually the voice on the other side had to go, but Hapstablook told them right before they left...

"Hey Darling, I appreciate you talking to me about what's been bothering you. I understand it must've been weird and uncomfortable talking to a complete stranger with a sexy voice such as mine. But I want you to know, if you evere need someone to talk to, or help improve your social skills, well you can always talk to me. After all, I'm a bit of a No body who doesn't have much else to do. Ha ha ha~"

Ever since then, that voice has came back to talk everyday. Their conversations are usually different everyday, ranging from the most annoying thing about people, hobbies, future plans, how they can improve as people, or their dreams.

But the thing they talk about most though, has to be family and friends. The voice would mostly go on and on about their roommate they live with and how she wishes to be "more than friends" with them, but they feel like their roommate doesn't deserve garbage like them, but even if they weren't an awful person, they wouldn't know what to do or how to confess their true feelings.

Hapstablook would always tell the voice that they weren't garbage like they think they are, he would tell the voice that he used to live with total trash and if they were as bad as they said they are, well there would be an electric fence the next day. He would tell the voice to be more confident, be there to listen to them when they're sad, think of ways to help, be their self, that's how they'll win the heart of their sweetheart.

After that the voice would tell him what happened after trying his advice with usually positive results. But one day... the voice wasn't talking as much... Hapstablook asked what's up... and the voice said their roommate wishes to join the Royal Guard and that the King is in need of one final soul needed to break the barrier... Hapstablook was suddenly enraged but kept a calm composure and asked the voice something.

He asked...

"Umm. Hey Darling... I know that we've been friends for a long time now... and I usually do the best that I can when you need a favor... I know you don't even know my name... but I need you to do this one favor for me... just one... can you promise me something... if a human ever comes through these doors... well... can you please... take care of them... please watch over them and make sure they're safe... family means a lot to me and it would be magnificent if you were to do this... I'd really appreciate it darling..."

There was hesitation in the voice's.. well voice... but they promised to help them and watch for any human that falls down... after that day everything went back to the way it was before...

... but one day... Hapstablook heard angry yelling during one of their patrols through the Ruins...
