Week or 2 vacation passed.

Now i started to cut the foam rubber in shape. No worry with wasting these were surplus.

Also did some drawing and seeing if original concept still stands.

I learned to get respiration protection when cuttin foam to such fine pieces. Also its nice and sunny

Thinking and researching

What i did?

Research .

Started to redo prototype 2.

What i learned?

Foam...rubber? Is looking way easier and it seems to help with moving fabric problem.

I think i get some for my paws at least.

I guess Somethings are just easier by listening other crafters.

Renew hope

What i did?

Worked on second paw prototype. 3 pawpads done in one week. Faster than earlier

Renew some of my hope.

What i learned?

Seams seams more seam! The paw failed cause lack of seam.

If i want puffy pawpads i need to be precise with pad.

This pattern would mostlikely had worked if the seam was there to make the glove.

What i did?

Paper mached the backside.

Fighting old demons again

What i learned?

I can trust people helping with materials.

Old habits and thougths die hard. Half year later they came back now its at least a figth and not just acceptance.

Mood?

Sad and melanchonic. Having doubts if i can do this. Or life in general.

I did more research on the how to do this and where to buy materials. Otherwise lazy week.

What i learned?

I am too hasty with things.

Lost control week

I havent done almost anything.

Just trying to get big pawpad to fit neatly on 2nd prototype.

Also my gaming habits and unforeseen plans took the tax from this week.

What i have done?

-finished the paw pads on first prototype

-started second prototype

-bought same quality of life crafting tools aka. Not neccesary but eases the project.

What i learned?

There is A Lot of ways take make gloves.

Wearing the first prototype have energizing feel to it like something psychological? I think it is either "Ikea effect" or what cosplayers feel or combination of both?

Feels?

I am little more motivated than after the first drop of interest. I hope i gain more it so project gets little boost :)

-rough base for the paper mache mask that needs to be refined.

-the prototype big paw pad.

What i learned?

-i need to figure out consistent sewing pattern.

-basic paper mache recepi.

-i need to be more focused for sewing or take freaquent breaks.

-i teared paper for mache.

-had consultation how to increase durability and stop possible mold problem. And found a human friendly solution only posdible problem might be the weigth but we will see. This a learning proccess anyway.

What i learned?

-materials or methods arent made equal and sometimes you just need to do till end to know.

What i did?

I finished the main form of the glove prototype

I made the first layer of papermache on the head .

What i learned?

There is reason for precise sizes for fabric also sewing route wouldnd be bad.

I know how to sleep better too on unrelated note.

-I got the glive withoutb digits prototype ready this week planning on trying to finish the glove coming week.

-i got good multiple advice on how to work the fabric.

What i learned?

-handsewing is kinda calmin

-leave seam space

-pattern is the size you plan without seam spare.

2nd week and late update.

What i did?

-tried making the glove part withouth toes but still wip

-started skecthing the 1.0 design forms.

What i learned?

-i migth drop this updating if i get too lazy trying to get my head back to the game.

-it's kinda fun having a craft project

First week of 2021 on project

What i did?

I made skeleton of the head and fougth my doubts about the project.

What i learned?

Easier way to connect chicken net

Getting over doubts and perfections is really tough

And that you are soppused to TEAR not cut duct tape.

Project on vacation

Vaccinated and ready to *heave*

What i done this week?

-got vaccinated

-got tools for the fabric

-rested

-made consept of hands/paws

What i learned?

-No matter how many friends you have. Don't overbook yerself. Otherwise no rest time or own project time.

Patience

What i done:? -Gathered some materials -Started cleaning my closets -Checked that i need vaccine before continuing further. What i learned?

-I Check what vaccines you might need for new hobbies or work. -Keep exercising it makes things easier at least once a week.

Thoughts. It feels like the project is on stand still but i still try to get it further after proper vaccination and i could work on designs given the enough time comes to my way.

Got busy week with celebrations. No progress this week.

But finally i can say my house is clean.
