"Is this what they call love? Am I in love?" Koriand'r thought , her thoughts spiraling within her mind as she looked over at Y/N. Ever since Y/N joined and became an official member of the titans , she couldn't get her mind off of them.

It was like she was in some sort of trance when it came to them , she admired their swift movements and their agility in general. It was quite fascinating to her, the way they moved was super cool! Not to mention the fact they were very talented when it came to the performance of creating artworks.

Koriand'r was uncertain whether she would ever get the chance to tell Y/N on how she felt, she didn't know if she would be rejected and her feelings wouldn't get reciprocated back. She understood if Y/N didn't like them back, she just hoped that she wouldn't make things awkward or uncomfortable between them.

One day she finally had the courage to express her feelings towards Y/N. Now the two of them are alone , in her room since Koriand'r asked if they could talk in private and Y/N had accepted which gave the tamaran a slight feeling of hope. Y/N was the biological child of black canary and green arrow, black canary was a close friend of Zatanna and she mattered dearly to Zatanna. She would later find out that Dinah’s child's birthday would be coming up, Zatanna would be happy knowing that she'd make Dinah and both her child happy as she was gonna be the magician and hired to do the performances for the young ones that would be attending the birthday party. After many days, it would be Y/N’s birthday.

she would be attending the young one’s birthday party, Zatanna let out a satisfied hum after she heard the loud roars of cheers and excitement coming from the young children that stood before her, she softly smiled while continuing to make tricks and pulled stunts to entertain the young ones but the magician noticed something.. Y/N wasn't in the crowd with all the other kids and Y/N was supposed to be the center of attention since they were the birthday boy/girl.. Right?

Zatanna would clear her throat as she announced that she would be taking a small little break from her performances and needing to go do something, and the kids had understood either walking away or grabbing others kids to do the other fun activities that were arranged by Dinah and Oliver. She would later find Dinah and Oliver sitting down at one of the many tables, and Y/N included in which they sat down between their parents.

Zatanna let out a sigh of relief, knowing that Y/N was safe and not in any potential danger, She would then sit down next to Dinah as she then said, “Hey Dinah, I didn't see your child in the crowd when I was doing my performances. Did something happen?” She then noticed that Y/N would be both holding their parent’s hand while the little one would be talking to their father, oliver. “they're just a little nervous around new people.” Dinah said with a small chuckle.

Stress wasn't a good thing when it came to Y/N, her behavior would slowly change as her mental health would start to drain, barely keeping up with work and other important things that were considered 'responsibilities', the lack of motivation was really taking a toll on her as she was trying her best to keep up with her job so she wouldn't be fired from her current position and also as well keeping up with other responsibilities.

Zatanna leaned against the railing of Y/N's balcony. Zatanna would be visiting her girlfriend for night, wanting to check up on her lover and make sure she's alright after noticing some strange behavior patterns from Y/N in which they would usually say 'it was from stress'. Zatanna got worried at one point, even watching over them if anything else had occurred since Y/N's job was really stressing them out and whatnot.

It seemed that Y/N had calmed down and relaxed from the stress for some time now. Her girlfriend's mental state is getting better. She would be leaning against zatanna's shoulder as Y/N gently held her by her waist, the two would be close to each other. After it was a little too... quiet, they would chat to one another about stuff. A bit more talking and discussing about topics before Zatanna would speak up, taking out a cigarette and holding it between her fingers. "You have a lighter?" Her tone was sweet and gentle while her gaze was focused on her lover.

Y/n would be cooking a meal for themselves , humming to themself while flipping the omelette over to get the meal nice and well. They set it down on the plate and put some extra ingredients to it to make the enrichment flavor bloom even more. They then stopped , looking at Will , Will Harper. The clone of the original Roy Harper sneaking in through the window of the apartment complex they lived in. Y/n considered will as a close friend. They knew Will was going through some things those years the moment he found out he was a clone. He was trying to find speedy and he sure as hell wasn't giving up.

He looked disheveled.. he looked like a complete mess. His movements during combat were very sloppy and Y/n was certain they could take him down. Will would walk towards them and would sit down on one of the kitchen stools. He slumped down onto the counter and rested his head against his arms. Y/n ate breakfast in peace , they enjoyed it. It was nice and relaxing for them. 5 years prior to nightwing making team year 5 , they had left to pursue their modeling career and it smoothly went well.

They continued to eat their food while they heard nightwing's footsteps approaching the door which led to the living room. They heard the door opening and they looked up at dick grayson who's also nightwing. Y/n let out another sigh. They just wanted to have a nice and peaceful morning , they then spoke up. "Hey , dick. You need something?" They slightly cocked their head to the side while nightwing nodded and sat down across from them. "Yeah , me and the team need you for a mission." He replied back , his tone being gentle and calm. "yeah , I'll be there.. I'll finish up my breakfast." they said , After finishing eating. Both nightwing and Y/n went to Mount Justice via Zeta-Tube. "B-01 , Nightwing. B-06 , Y/n." The Zeta-tube said. They walked into the main room of the base and Y/n saw some new faces and some familiar. They recognized superboy , wolf , and Miss Martian/M'gann as well. The new faces they didn't recognize were Blue beetle , Robin(Tim drake) , Beast boy , Wonder girl , Lagoon boy , guardian , Bumblebee and Batgirl as well with Arsenal becoming a new addition to the team.

Nightwing would introduce Y/n to the members. M'gann would quickly approach Y/n and would hug them. "I missed you so much! It's great that you're gonna be joining us again." She smiled.

Y/n was nervous and excited , mainly nervous because who knows what kind of interaction they'll have with their soon to be teammates.

Y/n listened to [Mentor] about what to do and what to not do while being there, they knew that they wouldn't do any of that stuff since they were a good kid although they did get into some trouble at times but it was harmless and didn't hurt anybody in the end. Just simple fun and whatnot.

They made it to mount justice as the automatic computer voice recognition rang out from within the zeta-tubes. "06 - [Mentor]." "B - 0-8 Y/n." They walked out of the zeta tubes and towards the main room of mount justice where there were seven people in there in total which consisted of red tornado , who was the caretaker of mount justice. Then there was Robin , kid flash , superboy , Aqualad , Miss Martian and lastly Artemis.

[Mentor] would then stand in front of them as y/n would stand beside them. The nervousness still flowing inside of their body but they would do their best to make a good impression towards the team. [Mentor] then spoke, their tone of their voice being calm and reserved. "Team , This is Y/n." [Mentor] gestured towards y/n then continued to speak. "Y/n , this is the team." "Team , This is Y/n. Y/n , this is the team. You'll be working with them for now on." their mentor said , gesturing towards Y/n then towards the team. A soft smile was on their mentor's face. They were clearly proud of their protégé. "hello! I'm m'gann!" She quickly said , flying towards Y/n , a giddy smile on her face. She was excited to meet one of her favorite idols! Although the other members weren't aware of the new team-member being an idol.

It would be a long day for Y/n. After they had successfully completed the solo mission they were tasked to do , they would be completely exhausted. They were now getting out of their hero attire and now into a more casual attire before going to mount justice. They prayed and absolutely hoped that nothing chaotic would happen while they were at the base. Oh boy.. oh were they wrong about that.

The ZetaTube had said while walked out and into the main room in mount justice , it was oddly quiet , too quiet. So they explored while calling out members , they then heard a bunch of... "Meow..!" Kittens , six kittens in fact.. which is the same amount of team-members they have. The kittens meowed and the sudden realization hit Selvie like a bunch of bricks. They were completely shocked at the absurdity of this situation.

"So. It appears your assumption was correct. They did turn into felines." Red tornado's emotionless voice rang out.

"There's no way in hell , my teammates turned into kittens.." They mumbled. After a couple of minutes had passed by , they told red tornado about the situation. Now they say down on one of the couches in the kitchen as all six kittens would be on the couch beside her.

She said , moving her hand outside of the bars and pulling y/n closer to her by their holster that held their weapon on their back. "Where's green arrow when you really need him?" Y/n eyes narrowed as their tone becomes somewhat frustrated. "I don't." Cheshire grabbed the back of their head while pulling them close. "Are you sure about that...?" her tone being teasing.
