(Appreciation Post) What gets me in this scene, is the love and understanding Brett has for Reagan. He knows she loves working at Cognito Inc and has a strong connection to Ron, but despite this inner conflict, he tells her that everything will be alright if she chooses to leave the job. This is because he recognizes that the job puts her under constant stress and danger (as seen by the missing finger and reliance on drugs prescriptions). He puts his own wants and needs, as well as the wants of Cognito, aside and supports her in making a decision that prioritizes her safety and well-being above all else. 😭 this show deserved so much more.
