BLOOMING SEASON IS BACK!!!

Over the past few months I decided to reboot my webtoon of 5 years and give it a fresh start!! The story is a little different, but the key ideas are still there! A mysterious disease has popped up again after 10 years, follow Hasna and Renn as they try to figure out the cause and accidentally fall in love in the process?!?! (The story follows LGBTQ+ themes and difficult subjects such as self harm and mental health.) Give it a read!!!

Yeah the idea has definitely changed quite a bit! The core "people turning into flowers" is still there, but now its more grounded in reality. Basically, I just took the time to figure it out logically lmao.

hi hi! i just saw your update in webtoon about the reboot, and i'm honestly excited about Blooming Season 2! tho i have to admit it guiltily, i'm gonna miss Renn and Hasna's high school romance-

I can't exactly say i'm an og fan who has read your webcomic from the beginning, but i've been following it for long enough that I don't even remember when i actually started reading it. i think i was still in middle school, and i first found it when i was searching for new reads in canvas, and found this gem! now, i just started high school like a month ago and i'm glad to say this comic has become some sort of a comfort, that when i feel down, i reread your comic just because!!

i just wanted to say, thank you, so much, for making this comic. i can't wait for the reboot!

chat listen. i started reading this comic yesterday and I've already finished it. you have. no clue. how much. i appreciate and adore your work. Tbh there are times when I really wonder if my comic is worth anything, but that's just me getting to my head, and the daily struggle of a creator online lol, but still I appreciate the kind words!

Do u have ship names for the ships in ur webtoon? I(and every blooming season fan I meet) be calling Renn x Hasna ‘Rensa’ 😭 and we recently came to the conclusion that Jamie and Gaia should be called ‘Jaia’

This is the second ask talking about "Resna" as a possible name lmao. Its definitely better than "Henn" or something, but Resna sounds like a fantasy spell T-T (I think their names just aren't too compatible),,, feel free to call them what you want!

Omg can I please just say that I'm actually inlove with blooming season? Skdnjsskd

I discovered it when I was at my sisters house, reading it here and there and then I got roped in deep and binged it in a night. I adore your artstyle, the dynamic between the characters, the unique personalities, designs and backstories of literally all your characters. I could go on, dude.

In a lot of webtoons I've read, they work so hard to make the main 2 the most interesting and lovable characters that they kinda just dumb down the side characters to one trait and don't show their past or current thoughts and feelings in fear that it'll take away from the main 2. But you go in depth with the side characters and make them these people with complex thoughts and feelings and an actual identity and you do it so well too! I loved the chapters that really got into Rowan's character and we got to know her thoughts and feelings and how we got to see her interactions with other characters (I really do love her friendship with kione and i was a little jawdropped when i read the conversation she had with hasna at the cemetery)

But you also do really well at making the main 2 lovable. Renn is such a funny and genuine character and I love how we're learning more about Hasna as we go on.

I can't wait for more from this webtoon!!!¡!!

Definitely recommending it to anyone who asks for a webtoon to read. Keep doing what you're doing <333 much love!!

hello hellooo, I’m a fan of your webtoon for like 3 months and I just wanted to say that blooming season is a real masterpiece!!

your artwork is so well-made and omg the art improvement is crazy, it must be really hard to do such an amazing webtoon like that. I literally love EVERYTHING, the details, the story, the characters, the art style, the expressions…it’s truly wonderful, I read it all in like 1 day and for a long time it was all I could think about

you really did a fantastic work and I’m REEEEALLY excited for the next episodes of BS!
