First attempt at #rawvegan #cinnamonrolls made out of bananas, dates and cinnamon, that's it! I have seen lots of #rawfood families making this and I finally got around to it. #AxelRayZ LOVES them. He was asking for more before he finished the first one 😂😍 All I did was cut 4 #bananas in 3 sections, as straight as possible (there is definitely a learning curve to this technique), dehydrate them for a few hours until bendable and spread blended #medjooldates with #cinnamon before rolling them up and popping them back in the #dehydrator for a few hours. We whipped up a #nutfree #rawvegan dessert in about an hour this morning! The crust is #medjooldates and dried #mullberries. The #mousse is made from avocado, dates, water, vanilla and carob. With chopped bananas on top😋 #axelrayz loved the crust so much that he threw a fit when I wouldn't let him eat more from the pan after letting him eat the left over. 😂 He also loved the mousse on its own. Excited to try the finished product after if sets in the fridge for a few more hours. I spent the first day of the #newyear with the love of my life. Prepping #rawfood and brainstorming ideas on how to heal the world, one person at a time. (We have so many!) We made 96 ounces of #greenjuice, 8 salads in a jar and 6 snack packs with chopped carrots, celery, and cucumber with a portion cup full of #homemade #chipotleranch inside the mason jar. This was way more work than I thought but so worth it! Half of this food we donated to my good friend @lockedwithlyme. We are determined to help her get rid of her Lymes disease. I have been wanting a giant wood bowl for salads ever since I started eating giant salads a few years ago. Koa surprised me with this one that he picked up in Hawaii when he visited his family for the Holidays. 😍😍 Tonight's #rawdinner is romaine lettuce, #avocado smashed with hot sauce, nutritional yeast and #lemon juice topped with #tomatoes, dates and #hemp seeds. #AxelRayZ and I slept until 10am, he went poop and pee in the toilet and then we made a smoothie. Life is good. #pottytraining is easier than I expected. Now he is wearing bis big boy undies and we are going diaper free in the car for the first time! What was your experience with potty training? We started with elimination communication when Axel was 5 weeks old. Unfortunately I started slacking and ended up changing MORE poop diapers after the 1 year mark. Before that I changed about 20-30 poopy diapers total in his first year of life. Fairly nice day in the #pnw. #AxelRay and I checked out a park after dropping off some of my things at the consignment store. I have been shedding my "things" heavily these last few weeks and it feels amazing. I came to the conclusion, why have things cluttering up my life and living space if I don't truly need or use them.
