I've been so stressed at work the past week, I basically skipped lunch every day, relying on Coke Zero and the occasional cup of fruit.
The dizziness that followed felt like a reward.

Made a huge salad I couldnt finish. So I blended it up into a smoothie that made me gag like crazy. Added shit ton of salt to it, now it actually tastes kinda nice and I no longer need to gag.
Welcoming my liquid era.
Also: all the fibre from the salad-smoothie is keeping me so full. I ate no more than 1 small meal today and I'm so full.

Am I the only one who get's a major ick from body positive plus size influencers that become pregnant and then search for pity and sympathy on the internet as they complain about how they don't have a cute little baby bump and how people can't even tell that they're pregnant?
That situation was 100% foreseeable and possibly even avoidable if they put in 1/10 of the effort it took them to make countless videos of them complaining into actually trying their best to lose the weight. They are focusing on vanity when in reality they should be concerned about their baby's health.
Idk... just irritates me

Skin Care Hack #3
If you have oily skin, you can use the following to get rid of the oil without drying out the skin:
1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp Water
Combine in a glass. Dip a cotton pad in it and swipe it all over your face. Leave out the eyes!!!
Rinse your face right after -> No more oily skin.
The ACV will also tighten your skin, the probiotics in it will strengthen your skin barrier, and the acid will take care of any discolorations and moisturize your skin.

Eat 1 portion of fermented food first thing in the morning on an empty stomache, every day.
That could be:
Probiotic yogurt
Kefir
Sauerkraut
Kimchi
Natto
1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar diluted in a cup of water
Lactofermented veggies
Eat it away from food. Have breakfast 15-30mins later, or else you'll risk bloating.
The probiotics will keep your gut clean. Clean gut = clean skin.

Skin Care Hack #1
Make your own exfoliating face/body scrub with the following ingredients.
Combine in a jar
1/4 cup of espresso powder
1/2 cup of fine white sugar
1 Tbsp of Honey
Mix together and add more honey as needed until desired consistency is reached.
It will exfoliate and mosturize and the caffeine will tighten and plump up the skin. Works for both dry and/or oily skin.
The scrub is basically indefinitley shelf stable.

Starting tomorrow I'm off of work for 2 whole weeks.
If I dont come back after those 2 weeks being visibly leaner, I'll lose my shit.
Current plan for those two weeks:
Waking up at sunrise every day
Quick run around the block
High protein breakfast
(1h morning walk on days where I dont go for a run)
High protein high fibre lunch
Sun bathing for my vitamin D at noon
Piano practice and/or nap till the afternoon
Roller skating for 1h as a warm up on walk-days followed by...
...Stength training session around 6-7pm
Meal prep for the following day
In bed at 10pm

Janitor at our company just asked me if I was skipping meals, coz I looked much thinner than usual.

Apple sauce is such an underrated snack.
I love to sip up a jar of it with my glass straw whenever I feel like I need something sweet. I dont like volume eating, but apple sauce is worth it.

There is a fine line between being a people pleaser and a straight-up idiot and I draw the line right there where people answer questions like "you wanna eat out for dinner tonight?" With "I don't mind, we can do whatever you like"
If you really can't make the desicion for yourself, flip a fucking coin, but don't ping-pong it back to the person who asked. They obviously want to go, otherwise they wouldn't have asked. Grow a pair and just say yes or no.
Concluding this micro-rant with the desicion to just fast the rest of the day out of sheer spite.

Example days of what I'm currently eating:
Breakfast (580kcal, 43g protein, 75g carbs, 28g fat)
- Tofu-Rice Bowl with veggies and mushrooms (300g Tofu, 150g rice, unlimited veggies and mushrooms)
- Blueberry-FroYo (250g frozen blueberries, 100g soy-skyr, a splash of soy milk, liquid sweetener, all blizzed up in my food processor, topped with 1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds)
Lunch (720kcal, 53g protein, 40g carbs, 22g fat)
- 250g Salad (arugola, parsley, carrot, avocado, tempeh, lentils, tomato, bell pepper, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds)
- 150g Shrimp
- 250g Pink Grape Fruit
- 1 Green Juice (Celery, Parsley, Arugola, Lemon, Ginger)
Total: 1320kcal, 93g protein, 114g carbs, 50g fat
