On "Dostoevsky: Epilepsy, Mysticism, and Homosexuality" by J.R. Maze

recently i discovered a journal article on Dostoevsky and went ahead and downloaded it (see here to know what i'm yapping about) and i would like to announce that i have begun reading it today. it's already so unhinged i can't even begin to describe the experience.

My family hosting a family gathering gets me feeling like Smerdyakov. Suddenly I am getting ordered around in my own house. Some strangers show up and I am supposed to treat them as if they are my closest friends but also masters ig.
