To anyone that's sent me an ask about Seb and Wren— just know that I did receive it and the kind comments make my day whenever I go back and read them! I have ones from over a month ago that I still plan to visit, I'm just hoarding them until I get something done for the prompts that sparked ideas, just know you weren't ignored! A few of them I might only get a text response done for them tho, sorry about that ;-; but you have no idea how much I adore them all!

I think my issue is I shoot too high for these prompts lmao, I'm like OOOO I HAVE SUCH A GOOD 2-4 DRAWING RESPONSE FOR THIS and then it takes me foreverrr

Thank you!! I find them way easier to draw since there's only three fingers, and making them round and cartoony is fun! Sometimes I wonder if I should add the lines on his fingers like on his model — kinda makes them look more like hard carapace maybe?

Ahhh thank you!! I wanna say my only ‘tip’ really is upping the saturation if you think parts of ur drawing look too dull, or play around with layer modes after it’s mostly done! I love duplicating the pic and lightly applying the screen layer mode >:D

HIYA THERE! I’ve come here from IHasMunchies bc I found your tumblr, and I gotta say, girl your style is so YUMZERS I try not to explode when seeing it man. I also have some questions about relationships between Wren and Painter

So, is p.ai.nter fond of Wren at all? If so, are they just acquaintances or could there be a possibility that the two could become pookies/friends? I mean, p.ai.nter seemed really joyful to draw Wrens dog so…

I think in better circumstances Painter would consider Wren a friend! He probably struggles with the reality that he's being friendly to 'the enemy' but still likes the interaction. It's better to call them acquaintances I think — but teetering on the border of being more friendly. Wren is probably more chatty with Painter bc he can't physically do much in person / through a walkie talkie in Seb's shop

And I love his cartoony eyes and big 'ol tail fin! I think this is the first time anyone's ever sent me a pic in an ask, so you get a cookie

Will u be sad if I said it's hard to imagine a situation where Seb and Wren would actually cuddle 😭 there would have to be some divine intervention for this I think lmao, or maybe fluke into it where Seb is (finally) sleeping and somehow traps Wren into an accidental cuddle / hug in his sleep? It would be sorta comical

I might try and doodle something with like, a filler expendable cause I've had a few people wanna see Seb cuddling a tiny expendable and it is an adorable idea, just maybe not so easy with Wren cuz of their dynamic

I'm curious, is Wren actually this small or it's Blacksite that contain creatures much bigger than in canon? Because If it Wren is this small I'm curious about what kind of crime he(correct me if I wrong) did and if Urbanshade just said 'ye, sending a few inches tall guy sounds like a real good idea 👍"

Wren is actually just temporarily small! So the current excuse (it might change) I have for it is that they start off their run as a normal sized human, but somewhere along the way they (frequently) encounter something that makes them and anything on their person (clothes, items, data etc) reduce in size temporarily. I’d like to flesh this out more but I’ve just been having fun doodling scenarios so far and I’m not too worried about it all making sense :D it's just convenient lol

I can totally see Urbandshade not caring and sending a tiny person to the site though lmao. After reading the official wiki Urbandshade actually seems like a pretty inclusive company so they probably wouldn’t say no to a tiny wanting to retrieve the crystal on their behalf, as ridiculous and unlikely as it is to succeed

As for Wren’s pronouns, I use they/them, but I don’t mind if people use he/she!

So Wren committed their crime as a regular sized human (a lot less silly and fun I know :c )

The gist I have in my head for why they ended up in prison is…

Struggled to find a job to start saving up for schooling, took whatever they could get, that being some sketchy pet store that hired them. It should’ve been a red flag that they were hired on so easily but hey, it was the first place to call back and say yes

The pet store had its hands in the black market, used to get their pets from strange places. And overall were using the animals as guinea pigs under the guise of a pet store

All the food, water, meds etc were changed labels so an outsider like Wren wouldn't know it wasn't what it was supposed to be (or if they did, Wren is such a pushover it would be hard to mention it)

The illegal shipments they ordered in and any dealings were done under Wren’s employee account so when they were finally found out it looked like Wren was waaaaay more deep into it than they knew they were

So they were accidentally willingly testing on animals I guess, just didn't know it. Or didn't act on the red flags...

All this might change and I haven't really explored it other than this but this is what's in my 'lil brain

It’s been a minute since I played CotL so it’s not super fresh in my mind sorry! I do know for a fact though that if giant Narinder was recruited into the cult, there would never be any revolts. No more problems. Anyone who wants to fight against that is CRAZY and they would bring a great sense of security to the Lamb and the cult in general I think!
