True story:- When I was working out in the gym today and I'm sure you all understand the intensity and seriousness and the level athletes train in. A random dude walks up to me when I'm on the shoulder press machine and says I'm doing my deadlifts the wrong way. Inspite the fact of him being ridiculously let's say untoned and other than that he was not a personal trainer, not doctor to be honest I don't know who the hell was he. Many of you may know we dont wanna be fucking disturbed when we alternating and performing super sets to make sure we can the most of our workout before the gym closes! I politely smiled and said where did you read or how do you perform the deadlift and he suggested to lower the knee and make it touch the ground and I asked him where he learnt that he said by watching someone and the another person telling! I got infuriated yet kept cool and asked him to take of his shirt and so we could compare our bodies! Thinking to myself but didnt utter a word I was thinking to myself:- I mean I thinking to myself " Motherfucker I will never forgive for wasting 2 mins of my life bitch!" Like dwayne Johnson to Gibson referring to the song he wrote! Bitch got no keinsology degree, pbt degree, nothing but talking like a know it all! He denied taking his shirt off and was upset i didnt take his shitty advise! 🤷🏻‍♂️ Walks to the squat rack and started deadlifting to prove his point! He puts on 25lb each side put on the belt and lifts like a retard and has some record him 😂. With his back in the wrong posture(arched) and didnt even keep the barbell from floor level but above floor level on level 30 which should be more of a shoulder shrugs lift. I was like lmao literally! Maybe I should get him a trophy and write powerlifter on it and award it to him! Sick ********* Never forgive such behavior! To smash them at point!
