A Guide for Sending Emails to Happy Elements (In Regards to Akatsuki and Ibuki)

Hello everyone. A lot of us are upset over the current state of Enstars and their decision to put Ibuki in Akatsuki. The decision is very insensitive due to Ibuki’s ryukyuan heritage. I wanted to make a guide on tumblr about sending emails to Happy Elements about the issue.

This is the most direct way to make your criticisms be heard. First, visit Happy Element’s Support page for Ensemble Stars. This site is in Japanese, so make sure you have a translator available to help navigate it.

Next, you will want to click on the checkbox to agree to their Precautions. The first question is asking you to select a category for your email. You will select “Opinions, requests and impressions” (which is the final option from the dropdown menu) 

The second question is asking for your email address. The third one is asking if you would like to receive a reply to your email. Selecting the only option in the dropdown menu will indicate to Happy Elements that you do not want a reply. Happy Elements will only reply if your email is in Japanese

Now type in the content of your email. If you are typing your email in Japanese, remember to use 紅月 for Akatsuki and 維吹 for Ibuki

While the precautions do not indicate that the emails have to solely be in Japanese, I suggest writing in Japanese just to be safe.
