If we can't get our order in person, when will they roughly shipped out?

Hi! They will be shipped out in roughly two weeks when I (Mod Keith) am done with finals and finally have some more free time on my hands! I will also see if I can get some domestic orders out Thanksgiving weekend since I do have a small break then.

That being said, please message us if you would like to meet me at Anime NYC so I can know roughly how many things to bring with me!

Things to remind us of in your message if you’re planning on picking up your order with me: order number, your name, and what kind of zine package you ordered!

Hey guys! Popping in to say that if you plan to attend Anime NYC (November 16th - 18th), we’ve decided to make this an opportunity for you guys to pick up your order in person!

To pick up your order you will need your order number so that we can verify that it actually is you (or someone you have trusted) picking up the zine. We’ll make another announcement closer to the event with more details (ie. where to find the mod who will be handling your order).

Hi Everyone!

A couple of updates for you guys from the mod team.

First, I know you guys want to know what’s up with orders. Rest assured we are still shipping them out; there’s a lot of zines to pack and a lot of different bundles to pack so we’re trying to ensure that everyone gets what they paid for before we ship the package. Because there’s only one mod doing all of the packing in addition to staying on top of their personal life it is taking a little longer but we promise we will get them all out; we love this zine and we can’t wait for all of you to love it too! Thank you so much for your patience with us!

The second update is that the digital copy is up for purchase again! We’ve reopened the store and are selling the digital zine which includes 20+ illustrations and 16 written works. Know somebody who wanted a copy of the digital zine but missed their chance? Let them know! These will be going out in an email at the end of each week.

Hi! I was just curious if we'll get a shipping confirmation email when the order ships?

You should be getting an email from Bigcartel when your order ships out! We’re currently shipping them out now so give us a bit of time to get them all out.

i helped mod keith pack them and holy shit a lot of you ordered this zine

However, we will not be providing shipping numbers for the packages. That would be an additional cost and we didn’t offer it as an option during preorders so we don’t want to unnecessarily pull funds that can go to making sure everything is shipped out.

Extended version of the pdf?

We gave a handful of our writers an opportunity to write pieces that were a bit longer than the rest to give them a chance to expand even more on their AUs. The “extended” PDF includes these pieces!

I’m very excited to announce that PDFs have been emailed to all customers! You should have received an email from our gmail account with the PDF attached. If you did not receive an email, please email us at voltronauzine2018@gmail.com with your name, order number, and confirmed email address. There may have been a typo upon ordering and we’d like to get that fixed quickly!

Additionally, please do not distribute or post this zine anywhere online. We’re planning on reopening digital zines, so this is your personal copy!

hey guys, mod keith here! i’ve gotten the books and i’ve just begun the process of packing them up to ship them! me and some of our contributors have packed up 100 of the packages so ideally we can get those to you before the week is out! once again i would like to thank you all for your patience and support!

Production Update!

Hey guys!!!

Just wanted to pop in really quick to let you all know that we are still working very hard to get this zine to you all. We ran into an issue with the printing process and had to start it over so it took us a bit longer than we wanted it to; please bear with us! This project has been an amazing experience and we cannot wait to share it with you all finally! Keep your eyes on the blog, we’ll be posting another update once we for sure can ship out.

I understand that some of you are getting very anxious about when this zine will be shipped out. Believe us, it is taking forever and we’d like to get this all packaged and delivered as soon as possible. Many mistakes have been made along the way and we wish we could have finished this project sooner than later.

If you’re wondering about production, be sure to ask us first before doing anything else (i.e. filing a claim through PayPal). It only makes getting this done that much more stressful and can cause another set of problems that will delay the project even more. We’re always happy to communicate with you guys, so please do not hesitate to send us a message if you have any questions or concerns.
