Hi vanila, I’m manifesting that i enter SATS and wake up in my dream reality, i’ve been using the wake-back-to-bed method but i think i’m too excited about actually feeling myself slipping into sleep that i can’t stay focused, any help?

So I would recommend letting yourself be excited but not overly anxious/excited that it prevents you from sleeping and doing your method just be aware “oh my method is working/improving, I had sats and lucid dream” whatever it is and then be like “ok well I’m sleeping” just decide that despite the excitement you sleep like a kid on Christmas Eve or something

Maybe try counting or focusing on your breath to relax, melatonin might help too if you have difficulty sleeping in general

hey last night i tried to get in the void my body went fully numb and ot felt like i was floating and suddenly it felt like the bed is shakikg under me like an earthquake and it happened twice and it scared me real bad can you give me any tips?

Honestly I’m still overwhelmed by “symptoms” not necessarily scary but physically overwhelming and I end up moving

What I try to do is just let them happen and pass as they go but sometimes they are harder to ignore and that’s alright

Hi.

Yesterday before going to sleep I thought about the void and I just started visualizing how my life looks like knowing that I have everything I wanted.

Then I "woke up" but it didn't feel like actually waking up, it felt more like being conscious of my surroundings again.

I don't think I was actually asleep because I was still visualizing and thinking about other stuff but I didn't hear or feel anything.

Does that mean I was in the void? or close to it?

I'm not sure if I'm explaining it correctly, English isn't my first language.
