So I can actually run now...
Not sure if anyone cares but I have never been able to run more then ten minutes straight and that was back in high school. As a young adult I could only really do a max of 5 or 6 minutes of straight running/jogging at a time. Now I am so hyped that I can run/jog for 30 minutes! It took a little over a month but I did it!
