The strider brothers au (a little update)

Here's a little bit of lore of darek dave and dirk

.

Dirk is the oldest brother as darek is the middle child and Dave is the youngest.

Dirk (basically bro strider but with the personality of postal dude) likes smuppets and katanas he's a bully he's inconsiderate and arrogant and he is also violent. he has a fear of snakes and hates being called old (he's 50 and he also stinks 💀)

as darek hates smuppets with a burning passion (he thinks it's gross) and likes katanas and does like making puppets because he loved watching the Muppets and Mr Rogers neighborhood and it made him want to make puppets of his own, darek is very protective of Dave he makes sure food is put on the table he won't eat till he knows Dave is fed. He also works at a coffee shop. Darek doesn't like getting dragged into dirk's into antics (darek is 32)

Dave is basically the same him and darek like to play on the Xbox and Nintendo 64 together Dave has a crow plushie darek made for him when he was a baby he still has it too this day. (Dave is 13)

*They live in a run down apartment building darek doesn't like living here he constantly doesn't feel safe and this makes him more protective of dave.*

*Their parents run illegal wrestling it has caused multiple deaths Their father was the one running the whole thing while the mother was selling the tickets.*

*Dirk was 20 at the time and darek wasn't burn yet. Dirk would take part in the wrestling (he killed some people).*

*a few years later they get caught and they go on the run with all the money. They spilt up.*

*around this time darek would be 2 or 3 dirk didn't want to raise darek but had no choice they moved into this rundown apartment building and that's where they live to this day also a few years later Dave was born and dumped on darek and dirk. Darek mostly raised Dave. Darek would be in his twenties at this point*

He hates the sound of baby's crying it would but him into protective mode as well it unlocks a traumatic memory in his life when he was a baby he would cry and cry for his brother dirk but dirk refused to came to him and over time darek learned to stop crying, so now darek will do anything in his to make sure Dave is comfortable and safe

The strider family they where a rich family but God where they a complete mess behind closed doors the parents where very neglectful and narcissistic they only cared about themselves and their reputation the mother was an actress and the father was a director

Dirk strider is heart [but I'm thinking of changing it]

Dirk is the oldest brother. he makes his weird smuppets and sells them online he's mostly emotionless. he was 22 when darek was born he was forced to raise him since their parents are always out of town dirk didn't want to raise him in full honesty he wasn't really interested in having a brother nor did he had any sort of emotion for him maybe annoyance and anger he's a bit of an narcissist he thinks he's better than others he's the boss of the house and when something doesn't go his way he would take his anger out on darek

Darek strider is love

Darek is the middle child. he usually keeps to himself he loves katanas and puppets -not the way dirk love's puppets darek hates dirk's smuppets- he likes to collect katanas hand even train how to use them dirk was training darek but took it to far as he would randomly attack darek with his katana so darek had to carry his katana with him at all times even now. He has a habit of hiding food around the apartment -cuz dirk would steal or eat it on him- darek doesn't really like showing emotions because it was always looked down upon by his family dirk would yell at him to stop crying the only time he will get emotional is when he gets panic attacks and anxiety he hides in his room till he calms down he found out he was gay but is in denial about it which is one of the reasons he has depression he also struggles with his own masculinity every time he cries he feels like a weak b!tch every day he feels like sh!t. He barely knows their own parents but when they do come by to him they are strangers after dirk went missing darek was 18 when Dave was born dave was just dropped off on the doorstep by the parents darek was the one who named him darek he wanted to protect him he wanted to give him a better life so when he turned 19 and the money he saved up from working at a fast food place he bought himself a apartment and had cut contract with the parents he had get another job as a cashier at a supermarket and at night he worked at a gas station it's not much but it's livable

Dave is the youngest brother. Dave never knew about dirk so he didn't know they had an older brother. Dave likes to do DJ and rap and also likes swords darek helps train him -but is not harsh like dirk- Dave doesn't really know much about their family but doesn't think much about it. he sometimes wonders what darek is thinking since he barely ever see much emotion from him but darek dose try to show that he actually loves dave by small things like playing videogames with him and him and dave go and get ice cream and often they both joke around darek would always ruffle Dave's hair to show that he's proud of him
