bergdorf is one of the biggest scammers in the “sims community” lol i wonder what she spun on these second life creators to make it seem like she knows what she’s doing. i don’t know why people still pay for her shit (aka 3d models she bought) when it’s low quality yet 10000000 poly. her cas purses especially dear lordddddd ALL of them are bad. she doesn’t know how to do shit besides using blender to make it look passable. if a creator is only using blender renders for their cc, every single time they are scamming you on quality. but again the sims community loves to give their hard earned money to those who don’t deserve it.

dear second life creators coming to the sims 4…

i don’t know if you know this but our community has some strong opinions about putting custom content behind paywalls. the sims 4 community hates people like you who try to make people pay $10 a month for your content.

Also, big red flag for you… it goes against ea’s policies about custom content. so… how about instead of giving people “samples” or “gifts” like they do in second life. how about you just make your fucking content free??

how are you going to label one free item as a “sample” of a full collection that people have to pay an absurd amount to download… like not even early access?? your fucking delusional.

I know you have no sense of honesty within yourself and would rather sit on your throne than care about this community while making money off of it but you are not exempt from EA’ ToS. You are still making a profit of EA intellectual property (how the hell, in your mind, do you think using LOTS, WITHIN THE GAME, LOADING THEM INTO THE GALLERY, is NOT part of ToS?) and therefore you are subject to following the early access terms.

You can skirt around this all you want in order to keep your money flowing but the fact you are INSIDE THE GAME CREATING is YOU using EA intellectual property. Show me how you can create builds without using The Sims game? PLEASE I would love to hear your excuse. It speaks volumes that some other notable creators are going into early access after being exclusive while you refuse to, or rather IGNORE. Your whole ‘business model’ (yes, you are a BUSINESS) is based off of other’s hard work anyway. As a ‘business owner’ you owe it to your patrons- cough I mean customers- to be respectable but it seems you have a lot to learn in this aspect.

Nobody is saying you can’t sell builds but AT LEAST release them AND DO NOT PLACE TRACKERS IN THEM. I know you use trackers Kate, you can’t get around that because there’s been enough simmers to testify that you do, along with the other trashy creators that do. If you don’t place trackers, which I know you will give every excuse in the book, why not share the files publicly on your Patreon page? What do you have to hide by sending private links? I would love to hear your excuses you’ll pull out of your ass.

Copperdale Highschool

To go with the new pack, I built for a high school. It's not a typical high school, because we have a different school concept in Germany and the classic high school doesn't exist here and I'm happy to leave that to the other builders who also went to one. Nevertheless, I have built a large school. It includes: two classrooms, a small theatre with backstage for changing clothes and styling hair and makeup, a two-storey library, recreation rooms, sports rooms, a cheerleader room, a small swimming pool, a music room, an art room, a teachers' room and the headmaster's office. Also on the school grounds, there are ping pong tables, a small picnic area, bike racks, parking and spacious areas to hang out together, practice dancing and school pranks.
