any particular reason why dovewing’s kittypet name is athena?

Athena is the Goddess of Wisdom and has been known to guide heroes in greek legends. Dovewing, while often choosing to remain out of sight, does try and guide cats like Mistpaw, Jayfeather, Lionblaze, and Ivypool, through their struggle in their new clan life.

I love your art and the idea behind this au! The cats are so cute and those injuries look so painful! Do you have a fic for this?

It’d be cool to write a formal fic one day, but it’s more likely that with my hope to return to Power of Twelve that I’d write one-shots and snippets to flesh out characters. Who knows though!

What I really like about this au is how versatile it is. Imagine. 10% left after the battle with bloodclan with the cats having to rebuild the clans from the ground up. 10% left after the destruction of the forest and this ragtag group of survivors have make the great journey alone. Even in the ancient past with only 10% surviving the first big battle of the clans that formed starclan. 10% of clan cats surviving the reign of Darktail. You can literally apply this anywhere if you wanted.

The amount of attention 10% left got still stuns me, and I to this day have fun doing the randomizer once in awhile and seeing what is generated. I still once in awhile take a peak at what people have drawn in the tag. You all are incredible!

Does MorningClan have Gatherings with SkyClan?

Yes, but much less frequently than the canon clans do. It’s once every season rather than once every moon. This would mean MorningClan and SkyClan meet every 3 moons about. This is due to their territories being quite far a part

Hang on hang on- I was rereading some of your old posts and the Clans deadass encounter a CULT WHAT????

Oh yeah the cult. I need to write about the cult in detail but yeah so-

MorningClan encounters a group of loners who seems oddly hospitable and kind at first, offering them shelter from a storm. You know how it goes. It’s so nice and wow they have so much prey and wow they’re great. Then apprentice shenanigans happen and Seedpaw discovers a mural of blood spatters and figures out that the leader of these cats, whoever it is as they’ve been told that “Master is away” or some shit, knows about the Dark Forest attack and has been sacrificing cats to appease the spirits of dead and ensure they don’t come back. 

They’ve also gathered a group of cats together under their cause who follow Master’s orders so the dark cats don’t come and slaughter their kind as well.

Do all the starclan cats move to the new territory like in the second arc for morningclans new territory or is starclan too chaotic right now

Yup! StarClan would eventually follow wherever the main group of clan cats goes, with the exception of SkyClan. SkyClan ancestors watch over Leafstar’s clan while the rest collectively follow the survivors. They can still tread where they please and visit each other. It’s StarClan after all.

Where does minnowstar get her 9 lives?

In the Whispering Cave in SkyClan’s territory. MornignClan later finds their own Moonstone/Moonpool in the form of the Moonhollow. Within the roots of an ancient tree lies a soft grassy bed. Only one or two cats could comfortably fit, which works since it’s just MorningClan

I don't know if you answered this before, but what do the surviving cats do once they find Skyclan?

Once they complete their arc with SkyClan and accept their new clan life, MorningClan would be formally named with Minnowstar getting her nine lives and becoming leader. After this, MornignClan would leave SkyClan with their best regards. 

They settle in a territory a good distance away. Far enough that they don’t encounter SkyClan regularly, but close enough that if they needed to speak to them, half a day’s walk could get them there.

any advice on how to start a warriors au blog?

In my opinion, if you’re passionate about an idea, then you will succeed. Your content and eagerness to share will slowly but surely attract a following. When I started 10leftau, I’ll admit I had an advantage because I promoted it on my main warriors blog @notwarriorswiki. 

Starting from scratch is tough. One thing I did on my main blog and this blog was drawing or sketching content in response to asks as a way to engage with my audience. If someone asked about Hollowflight, I’d give a little drawing in the response as well. 

If you can’t draw or you don’t do art in general, no worries! Do some character analysis, engage with any and every ask you get, and be yourself. Don’t be afraid to let your personality come out when you talk about your content. I personally find others who are passionate about their ideas and are excited to share them, more fun to follow and listen to.

I guess what I’m saying is make something you care about and be sure to engage with others who show interest. I know it’s not anything special, but I don’t think there’s much else to make a warriors au blog. It’s about working and developing something you enjoy, and if you’re having fun, then I think it’s a success :)

So panicking and hiding in a time of crisis means youre not good enough to repent in the shambles of a good afterlife with the rest of your family???

StarClan is a mess right now. If it was stable then they would’ve been turned away. Currently, everyone is anywhere and everywhere, so if they can repent or figure themselves out before things get back in order then maybe.

Ashfur gets in StarClan despite almost killing four cats in a fire, but Antpelt dies in the Dark Forest and is stuck there. This is just going based off of the book’s own rules.

Since a lot of the df trainees didn't live to 'redeem' themselves like in dovewings silence did some cats go to the dark forest for training just there?

It depends on their actions during the battle. Those like Blossomfall who did end up fighting for the clans and died defending those she loved, they’re in StarClan. Or at least the shambles of StarClan.

Those like Redwillow who fought for the Dark Forest. They would go there.

Those like Icewing and Birchfall, who feared what their clanmates would think and ended up hiding rather than defending their clan, would be sent away from StarClan.
