False surrender is a violation of the Geneva convention. Your police have kneeled to draw protesters within range of tear gas.

Destroying and contaminating water is a violation of the Geneva convention. Your police have been destroying stocks of water used for the protestors.

Destroying medical tents and supplies is a violation of the Geneva convention. Your police have destroyed medical tents and attacked medics in various cities.

Attacking journalists is a violation of the Geneva convention. Your police have targeted and attacked journalists both native and foreign in multiple cities.

Your police are worse than war criminals, this isn’t even a war and they’ve managed to violate major international codes. 

You truly believe “looting” or staying out past curfew is a valid excuse for actual war crimes to be committed against civilians?

disclaimer: im an ethan stan. im also black. and y’all complaining about people being ‘spoiled brats’ complaining to pb are being incredibly tone deaf and insensitive, just because it means you’ll have to wait another couple weeks to see ur fave. cry me a river.

yes, choices books are fictional. but people use them as a means of escapism from their own lives and the often times harsh political climate. so no poc (black especially) readers like me will want to read about yet another beloved black character (kyra or rafael) dying. postponing the launch will not solve the problem. the black lives matter movement won’t just fizzle out. and if they plan to release these chapters somewhere down the line, it’ll come off as even more insensitive since they’re waiting around for the movement to ‘end’ before they go ahead and kill off a black character anyway and expect their readers to suddenly be okay with it. that’ll only make the problem that made you pull its release in the first place get worse. pb, if you really value your black characters and players and black lives, then why not just scrap the entire book and rewrite it? the rafael subplot with his ‘childhood friend’ was pretty nonsensical and shoehorned in as it is and could use a lot of reworking. i suspect you made it that way to try to turn his stans away from him to soften the blow if he died.

i know it’s a hospital drama that deals with harsh themes like death and loss, but you don’t always have to kill off characters that people love to make your story have an emotional impact. put your money where your mouth is, or expect to lose a lot of support from black readers and other readers of color.

Some of y'all dumbasses need to realize that pixelberry is a fucking entertainment app that creates interactive stories, not a group of politicians making policy proposals. Why the fuck do you even want them to make a statement about a series issue like riots against police brutality and BLM???? why trivialise those actually significant political movements and events by harassing a fucking mobile app company about it???

I'm not an American, but many players are. If you spend half, just HALF the time u spend making rant posts about this or that pixel character or storyline ACTUALLY PHONING UR REPRESENTATIVES or phone banking for candidates who represent ur interests, you'd have a lot fewer issues to complain about.

U keep harassing them, and this is what happens. They postpone chapters. Meaning less content for those of us who actually understand the purpose of an app like playchoices - having fun, being entertained, being distracted. Thanks for that.
