The cafe wasn't packed, and Sunghoon chose a table outside the shop. The two of you shared some stories and laughed while enjoying the view and food.

"Before I forget, we need to talk about the basic things about the apartment. We split the rent, water, and electricity. For food, we can split or pay for our own. For chores, we can do every other day to make it equal. So if I'm cleaning on a Monday, you will clean the next day and so forth. This includes laundry, but we can separate our undergarments so it's not embarrassing," she explained as he nodded throughout the explanation.

"Are there any rules or deals we have to follow?" he asked. "If we need to go out past midnight, we need to tell one another. And no falling in love with each other," she said with a hint of satire at the last sentence.

"Oh wow, the last one is definitely a deal. Don't be angry at me if you fall for me," he said while laughing. "Can't say the same to you; I think you like me already," she bantered back.

Sunghoon walked her back to the apartment, and they said goodbye to each other. The roommate deal takes place in five days, the day he moved in.
