I was in the Tzfat Old City art area, and I saw a shop selling hamsot. The young woman working at the gallery showed me a few of them, but I wasn’t in love with them, although they were beautiful. On my way back to the hotel I looked at the hamsot again, and saw a row of these on the bottom shelf, very different than the ones above it. I fell in love with them and went to the counter to buy them. I told the woman how beautiful they were and she replied “these ones are actually mine.” It was honestly the best moment ever.
