Trying to do more oc stuff and give my og comic ideas some love. The aims for this were better posing/expression, speed, and actually finishing the work (even though I wasn't super vibing w it). I got this done in a little over 2 hrs, so success?? I feel mildly successful

Last minute piece for a competition. Love how this turned out!! Used the anime trope of a deep blue sky with tall, fluffy clouds to frame the focal point, v fun v kosher v demure. This is just a sword in the stone type thing, izuku is a half deer cause I feel like it makes him more underdogs. When he gets trained by all might though those deer legs become WEAPONS let me tell you

4 weeks behind on my resolution to finish 1 work every week, but hey! At least I'm no further behind this week than last week.

This is an unnamed oc of mine who is the descendent of a long line of sphinxes who's sworn duty it is to obey the gods and protect their mortal lineage (the pharoahs), even in death. This latest incarnation is disillusioned with the prospect of spending her life guarding dead bodies for God's who never offered her sympathy, respect or gratitude. That's as much as I have for now!

Using this piece to also try bettering my backgrounds for solo characters! I think this one fit the vibe, but not so certain about the geometric elements. What would yall do differently?

First finished work of the year featuring human sonic and rabbit deku! Trying a new rendering style kinda. I also struggle with backgrounds, especially abstract backgrounds framing characters so this was an attempt!
