Dear Non-Natives,
You cannot support Indigenous tribes and support Kamala Harris.
She not only supported anti-tribal sovereignty efforts, but she also championed them, pushing for the continued colonization and genocide of Indigenous tribes in Califoria by taking away their land.
A Harris Presidency could be devastating to tribal communities. ♦️ If you stood with our tribal sovereignty during Standing Rock, you cannot stand with a candidate who has used her power to make land grabs in California. The two are related. Allies don't pick and chose when someone's human rights matter. What you choose to accept, you perpetuate.

Taking land from Native tribes is violence against our women, our children, our land, our future. If you are telling your Native friends "I support you, BUT....." to excuse your participation in the dehumanization of Native people, you are not being a Native ally.
