 TUMBLR POST TOPIC #11
The Memory of That Love
On June 29, 2024, I fell in love. And on August 15, I was set to enlist in the military.
Love came unexpectedly and quickly. Knowing that time was limited, every moment felt more precious. The days spent together felt sweeter, and because of that, they remain vividly in my memory.
I wanted to remember her face, her expressions, and every feeling from those moments. One day, as I watched her smile, I thought, "She looks so beautiful when she smiles." That image is still so clear in my mind. It was then that I first understood—being truly loved by someone is one of the most precious things in life.
But inside the military, I struggled. I was selfish, using my hardships as an excuse, and in the end, I lost her because of it. We broke up in March 2023, and even now, I regret it.
Time moved on. Then, in March 2025, on my birthday, she unexpectedly reached out to wish me well. That moment shook me a little. Since then, I find myself thinking about her from time to time, wondering if I should reach out.
But would it be right to leave it as a memory? That time with her remains as one of the most beautiful moments of my life. She was the person who taught me what love really is.
Now, I don’t know if I still love her, or if I’m just lingering in the emotions of that past.
But what I do know is this—she still lives in my memories, and those memories, though painful, are ones I don’t have the courage to relive.
Even if I do reach out, I wouldn't know what to say, or even why I’m doing it. If awkwardness ruins what we once had, if we somehow end up as mere acquaintances, then perhaps it’s better left as just a beautiful memory.

TUMBLR POST TOPIC #10
Smile and Consideration – Visible and Invisible Beauty
I find both smile and consideration to be beautiful. They both warm people’s hearts and make the world a gentler place. However, there is a clear difference between the two.
A smile appears on the face. When someone smiles brightly, you can feel their warmth even without words. A smile brings comfort to others and often serves as a key to opening hearts. It lasts only a moment but it has a powerful effect. That is why I think of a smile as a visible beauty.
On the other hand, consideration cannot be seen. It begins not with words but with the heart and is shown through quiet actions. When someone silently saves a seat for you or understands your feelings without you saying a word, you may not notice it right away but that is consideration. It is not shown on the surface but it goes deeper. That is why I see consideration as an invisible beauty.
In this way, smile and consideration both have the power to melt hearts. But a smile is like a momentary light while consideration is like a lasting warmth. One is warmth you can see and the other is warmth you can feel inside. To me, they are two of the most beautiful things in the world.

TUMBLR POST TOPIC #9
At first glance, Christianity and Buddhism seem like complete opposites. One teaches belief in a single God who created everything, while the other does not center around a god at all. Instead, it focuses on inner peace and personal enlightenment. But if you look deeper, you can find something powerful that they both share: faith.
Christians believe in God and find strength in His presence. Buddhists trust the path of self-awareness, karma, and the teachings of the Buddha. Even though the objects of belief are different, the act of believing and the desire to rely on something beyond oneself are the same.
Both religions give people something to hold on to. They provide direction when life feels uncertain and energy when things become difficult. In this way, they are not just systems of belief but can become a true source of strength for living. They remind people that they are not alone, and they help give life a kind of depth and meaning that goes beyond simply getting through the day.
So while the names, practices, and ideas may differ, both Christianity and Buddhism show us something deeply human. We all search for meaning. We all need something to believe in. And sometimes, that belief is what keeps us going.

WEEKLY TUMBLR POST TOPIC #8
I don’t believe in religion. To me, religion is similar to politics in many ways. There is no fixed answer, and it’s built on individual thoughts and ideologies. Some people struggle to accept what they don’t understand, and that kind of conflict has often led to division or even war.
Belief in a god seems to follow the same logic. Whoever someone chooses to believe in doesn’t affect me personally. But when someone tries to force their beliefs on me or repeatedly urges me to believe, I find it uncomfortable.
Honestly, I’ve never really thought deeply about the existence of God. And even when I try, I can’t seem to reach any clear conclusion. If God really existed, wouldn’t there have been at least one moment in life where I felt that presence? But I never have. Life flows quietly, and the world keeps turning just fine without God.
That’s why I don’t believe in God, but at the same time, I can’t say with certainty that God doesn’t exist either. It’s like standing in front of a huge mountain—you can’t tell what’s behind it unless you go there yourself. There might be a city, a wasteland, or nothing at all. Maybe we just haven’t discovered it yet.
In the end, I think religion can be salvation for some people, but for others, it can feel like a burden or a chain. What really matters is not forcing beliefs onto others and being able to respect different perspectives. I don’t believe in God, but I also don’t deny the possibility. I choose to live without making final judgments and try to find meaning in life as it is.

  WEEKLY TUMBLR POST TOPIC #7
I personally believe that the world would be better off without humans. Throughout history, humans have always seen nature as something to conquer, not something to live in harmony with. Because of this mindset, true coexistence between humans and nature seems impossible. Even when we search for alternative resources, we inevitably damage the environment. I still wonder if it is even possible to find new energy sources without harming nature at all.
Moreover, I do not fully agree with the idea that every human life is invaluable. Of course, every person has unique traits and individuality. However, there are also many people who live without any motivation, goals, or effort to make their lives meaningful. I believe life becomes valuable when people strive to do something with it. Without any challenges or struggles, life would be empty. Effort and growth give life its true worth.
Nature, on the other hand, provides a rich and diverse home for countless living creatures, not just humans. Although I am not a science major, I feel that humans are the only species that deliberately destroy nature on a large scale. Other animals simply live within their means, while humans constantly take more than they need.
For these reasons, I think a world without humans would be more peaceful and quiet. Nature would thrive without our interference. The earth would continue to exist, perhaps in a much healthier and more beautiful state.

TUMBLR POST TOPIC #6
One of the most amazing meals I’ve ever eaten was a traditional Spanish dish called paella, and I had it in Spain during a family trip with my relatives. It was a seafood paella, full of fresh shrimp, mussels, and other delicious ingredients. I still remember how flavorful and satisfying it was.
On that day, we were just wandering around the city one bright and cheerful morning. After walking for a while, we all got super hungry. Although I don’t clearly remember everything we did earlier, I do remember the moment we walked into a restaurant, drawn in by the amazing smell. The place was bustling with people, full of energy and laughter.
When the paella arrived at our table, it looked golden and beautiful, and the first bite totally blew me away. I usually find that European food is too salty for me, but this dish was different — it was perfectly seasoned, not too salty at all. It matched my taste perfectly.
Looking back, that moment really stuck with me. It wasn’t just about the food — it was the lively atmosphere, the joy of being with family, and the unexpected surprise of discovering something so delicious. That’s why I consider it the most amazing meal I’ve ever had.

2)  WEEKLY TUMBLR POST TOPIC #5
Yes, I believe that art is important. There are things in life that are hard to explain with logic or words, and I think only people can truly feel those things. I believe that art captures those emotions. It helps us express feelings, thoughts, and deep parts of ourselves that we might not be able to say out loud. That’s why I agree with George Bernard Shaw when he says that art can show people their souls.
I also believe that creativity is just as important. Without creativity, there would be no progress—not in art, not in science, and not in life. Creative thinking helps us grow, improve, and truly connect with others. I think every person has their own voice, and it’s important to express that voice. You don’t have to be a painter or a poet, but finding a way to express who you are is something we all need.
So yes, I believe that art and creativity are valuable parts of life. They help us feel alive and understand what it means to be human.

WEEKLY TUMBLR POST #4
An experience that made me feel changed on the inside came from the environment around me. Being with my family, my older brother, and my friends made me realize that I’ve changed a lot.
In the past, I used to think negatively about the phrase, “Choose your friends wisely.” I would ask myself, “Why do I need to choose people? Isn’t that a kind of prejudice?” But now, I think that saying doesn’t mean something bad. Maybe it means that we should keep people who are mentally and emotionally strong close to us. If a relationship doesn’t really match who I am, then maybe it will naturally grow distant. And I’ve come to understand that we can’t stay close with every single person we meet.
To me, change feels like something inside me is awakened by a certain experience. That awakening might lead to growth, but I’m not sure if every change means I’ve grown. The experiences I’ve had with people definitely changed some of my past thoughts and beliefs. But whether or not that was true “growth,” I’m still not sure.
It’s also hard to define what growth even is. If I think about just the changes alone, I feel like change can happen without growth.
What do you think?

2)  WEEKLY TUMBLR POST TOPIC #3:
The term 'indecision' seems to ultimately mean ambiguity. When people start something, they often say, 'Starting is half the battle,' but if you only start and don’t finish, you end up stuck in that ambiguous state, halfway through. Taking on challenges is definitely a good thing, but if you're going to declare that you're taking on a challenge, you must make a serious effort. The word 'challenge' shouldn't lose its meaning, and the efforts you've put in shouldn't be something you feel ashamed of.
Indecision, in the end, is about stopping halfway or staying in an uncertain state. So, if you're going to take on a challenge, it’s important to see it through to the end. It might even be better not to start at all if you're only going to put in half-hearted effort. A challenge isn't just about the 'start'; it’s the genuine effort and commitment through the entire process that matters. If you give your best and see it through, that’s when the word 'challenge' will truly have meaning for you.

WEEKLY TUMBLR POST TOPIC #2
1. After reading both poems, I realized that feeling afraid when taking on a challenge is a completely natural emotion. This is because there is no guarantee of success when starting something new. However, I also believe that this uncertainty can become a powerful driving force for taking on challenges. We may never have complete confidence, but it is through these imperfect processes, slowly building up over time, that we eventually blossom. The feeling of inadequacy can actually serve as a strong motivation to push ourselves higher, and in this way, both poems convey the message that we must find the courage to take risks and move forward.
2. I think it is better to live a safe life. Life feels like a calm wave, and when something big happens, I can’t know whether it will be a small ripple or a tsunami that crashes into my life. I want to find happiness in the small moments of life and don’t think it’s necessary to take unnecessary risks. I don’t want to let emotional fluctuations ruin my day or cause unnecessary emotional exhaustion. Of course, it’s impossible to avoid all risks in life, but I want to minimize them as much as possible.

TUMBLR POST TOPIC #1
"Beauty is not caused.  It is."  Emily Dickinson
The phrase "Beauty is not caused. It is." suggests that beauty cannot be created through effort; it is a natural quality that comes from within, from a pure heart. In other words, the person who recognizes the beauty in someone with a beautiful heart is the one who truly perceives beauty. I believe that truly beautiful people have a unique connection or essence that resonates with others.

WEEKLY TUMBLR POST #9
Aesop's quote suggests that people often perceive the harm they inflict on others and the harm they experience themselves differently. When we hurt someone, we might downplay the impact or justify our actions, but when we are on the receiving end, we tend to feel the full weight of the injury and see it as more significant.
Applying this to students who cheat on exams, the cheaters might not fully grasp the consequences of their actions on others. They might think it's a minor offense or believe they are only helping themselves. However, the students who study hard and play by the rules might see cheating as a serious injustice. It undermines their efforts and can create an unfair academic environment. The cheaters' actions can also harm their own integrity and future opportunities, even if they don't realize it at the moment. This disparity in perception highlights the importance of empathy and fairness in all our actions.

WEEKLY TUMBLR POST #8
I believe that the reason students cheat on exams is not only because they prioritize grades, but also because there are issues with their learning motivation and attitude. We came to school to study academics, but many students are more focused on grades than on the actual purpose of learning. Therefore, I think we need an education system that allows students to truly learn. The focus should be on how students learn, understand, and grow, rather than just on grades.
Of course, students themselves must have the will and motivation to study for this to be possible. This is something they need to realize on their own. However, even so, I believe it is important to create an educational environment that helps students focus on genuine knowledge acquisition and growth, and that supports them in reaching this understanding.

win can also be understood as "I convinced the other person," because in a conversation, the argument ends only when both parties are convinced.
I believe that debates and discussions are not about persuading or defeating the other person, but rather about expanding each other's thoughts and moving towards a better direction, with the goal of reaching a deeper understanding.
It is because he placed great value on human nature, the development of society, and moral improvement

WEEKLY TUMBLR POST #6
The phrase "character cannot be developed in ease and quiet" seems to mean that personal growth requires more than just spending time peacefully. I believe that as people grow older, they shape their character and build maturity through encounters with various people and a variety of experiences. In this process, sometimes character grows, and other times, one’s dignity may diminish. Additionally, I think my character can change through the influence of those around me, especially the education and guidance of my parents. If asked whether I possess a dignified and moral character, I would honestly say that I have not yet reached that level of maturity. However, I am constantly striving to develop a deeper sense of humanity and maturity.

WEEKLY TUMBLR POST TOPIC #5
YouTube ads are incredibly diverse, and most of the time, I just wait until I can skip them. However, if you ask me whether any of these ads have ever helped me, I can say without a doubt that there’s only one that made a real difference: a donation-related ad.
Before I saw that ad, I was about to watch gaming videos when it featured the story of a child’s difficult family situation. Watching that video really touched my heart and inspired me to start donating. Although I’m only able to contribute a small amount each month, I have no regrets; I want to support that child in any way I can.
Of course, the money I donate comes from my parents, not my own earnings, but it still feels rewarding to know I’m making a difference. Most of the ads on YouTube seem to be related to gaming, and I don’t find those types of ads very helpful. In contrast, that one donation ad had a profound impact on me.

WEEKLY TUMBLR POST #4
I believe that adding value to someone else's life is an important way to enrich our own lives and make a positive impact. The realization that my writing has positively influenced someone can bring immense fulfillment and satisfaction.
By sharing my experiences through writing, I can expand people's thinking and provide great comfort and empathy through explanations of my philosophical concepts or artistic techniques.
Helping others increases one’s happiness and satisfaction, adds value to others’ lives, and positively impacts one’s mental and emotional health. Therefore, adding value to others’ lives is one of the most important things one can do in their own life because it involves helping others.
