Why not 21 oranges. What are you afraid of.
it doesn't roll off the tongue as nicely and I think 20 is the absolute cut-off point for some reason. 20 oranges? absurd. 40 oranges? pushing it. 50 oranges? insanity. notice that I skipped 30 because that's a lame number. but really, to answer your first question, maybe I just don't have the whimsy required to break 20. and to answer your second question, I'm afraid of a lot of things. scurvy is not one of them
