2-week Respite
It’s been about two weeks since my mom passed away, explains why there’s been no pictures or posts. I’m scared to check the scale because I’m certain I lost all the weight I had gained, if not more... Ha.
I’ll now be taking a role in taking care of my grandmother. While I consider this an immense privilege, it definitely cuts into my workout time! This is a challenge for me to get creative and really test my will to workout and meet my goals!
There probably won’t be any pics for a while, at least not until I can get some heavy lifting in. That and the second-hand smoke I breathe in from my father definitely affects my cardio, the difference is uncanny.
So, after about 14 days, It’s time for another Day one.

I feel like when I need motivation to do a big project (study for a test, write this essay), getting multiple smaller tasks done beforehand like dishes or cutting my hair really helps motivate me and get me in the right mindset to work hard.

I put my monitor up so I have to stand at my computer. This is to hopefully reverse the muscular atrophy I had in my legs from all the hours sitting at my desktop.
