First time in a dealership on Monday post lockdown and it was a very different experience. You had to ring a bell to be allowed into the dealership. You had to sanitise and then were allocated a table to sit at until your appointment. Complimentary drinks while you waited were unavailable and there were signs about not shaking hands on completion. All the vehicles were cordoned off unless you had a pre-booked viewing and if you had a viewing you had to wear PPE. I totally agree with all the measures put in place to protect both the staff and clients. I just thought I'd share my 1st experience post lockdown! I hope we get back to the way we were!
