HIATUS

So, as if the lack of activity wasn’t a clue, this muse is sort of on a hiatus. The motivation’s kind of sputtered out, and I might get to a thread or two on here, but not much else. I don’t know when I’ll be back, but thank you for sticking around.

I’ll be on a new muse get-inkd if anyone still wants to see me. Hope to come back to N or AZ, or at least see you on Casey!

The surf was a calming thing to watch, especially after long stretches of travel. It had hardly been twenty minutes since AZ had finally sat down that footsteps pattered against the sand, and he glanced up to find the garchomp approaching. A garchomp? Out here near the sea? Ground types usually hated water...

“... you lost?” he ventured, Floette popping from his scarf to curiously glance at the dragon approaching. Though the sound of someone calling an oddly adorable name for such a beast answered his question, and AZ found himself leaning around the garchomp to eye its trainer. “... guess not.”

OOC: Hi y’all! I promise I’m not dead; job searching + graduation prep (ceremony in two weeks or so!) is a nightmare and some days I get really really drained from it. I promise I’m still lurking, and I’ll try to get some starters out today. Thanks for sticking around though! I hope to get back in the swing of stuff soon!

“Unfortunately, yes...” A crack of thunder seemed to punctuate his thoughts, and it was immediately met with a sigh. “Seems it might be that way for a while yet.”

“The one time I go out to eat a snack, it’s raining hard” he pouted. He looked up at the tall man speaking to him.

“You got stuck in the rain too?”

The weather, frankly, sucks in spring occasionally, and tonight’s downpour was no exception. It sent everyone--giant vagabond included--scrabbling for cover, and AZ found himself trying to scrunch under a shop awning. This wasn’t the most ideal way to spend an evening, though it had him glancing down to the unfortunate soul he was stuck with until the weather cleared. Hopefully they weren’t terrified.
