Jack is part of my supernatural series Sunrise! He's introduced in Act I, the very beginning, and has his shining moments throughout ✨ It's been an incredible honor to have Miry's oc in my series. She's been so supportive of me like, she was there when I first made Sundown and revamped it into Sunrise. Everything about Jack here fits perfectly within Sunrise, like no revisions ✅

All the love for Miry, her thoughtfulness and creativity brings me so much joy 💕

I'm gonna use this instance to yap about an original character of mine that I'm very fond of lol

my friend (he's not very active on tumblr but I'm tagging him anyway!) @31-radical has an original story where half the cast is a supernatural being, very fun story 10/10 characters

anyway, since alex is super cool, he let me include an OC to his story and we developed this dude together and it's been SO FUN

Ok so meet Jack! at a simple glance he's a normal dude, normal anthro doggo in an anthro world, no biggie

he has no memory of his childhood or how he lost his eye but hey! it happens! Jack is best friends with Colby (one of Alex's characters) who's entire thing is to hunt supernatural beings lmao

Jack is an skeptic, doesn't believe supernatural beings exists, believes colby is just bullshitting everything or likes hanging around when Colby's working

thing is Jack is (or was) a supernatural being lmao he was a hellhound! he worked under Cerberus himself, and had a small gate in hell to guard, especially from demons trying to escape from hell

now Jack is very dumb and kept fucking up his work! he also has a blind eye thanks to an encounter with a very angry demon! so sometimes demons get past him from his blind side!

anyway, Cerberus basically fires him, and yeets him to the mortal realm as punishment, to live as a normal mortal, with no memories of his previous life or powers

thing is, he still has that supernatural thing going on despite being "mortal" aka he is immortal lmao

Jack doesn't know this though! but Colby does lmao Alex and i like the idea that the fact Jack is immortal is cause whenever he dies his soul gets sent to hell and Cerberus doesn't let it in and kicks it out back to his mortal body mao

anyway, he keeps dying when hanging with Colby whenever Colby is doing dangerous jobs, but never remembers lmao Colby just thinks it's funny af and uses Jack's immortalness for shenanigans

Jack does revert into hellhound mode when in extreme distress or anger, which doesn't happen often but when it does shit happens lmao

anyway here's the guy ever:

his hellhound self is also veeeeeeeery tall, like 8feet tall vs his mortal self being like 6feet tall-ish

anyway, i know Alex has his story on hiatus, but this guy and colby's shenanigans will forever be my fave thing ever lmao
