When you look at your life, do you have that sense of awe?

Do you only see the challenges?

If your answer to any of these is no, consider how you may change that, life offers a spectrum of colours, sparkles and support, so really focus how you can make your life, exactly how you wish, that brings the peace, joy and more back into your life.

The profound part of this message for me is that,

a few years ago now, I had no hope or enjoyment within my life and that is because I was living as the world and others dictated.

One day, I realised...

Oh my goodness, what if I got to the end of my existence here and looked back and only saw sadness and therefore had to come back and do it all again, no.

In that moment I made a choice to change that and to make this life count.

Instead of new year resolutions, my heart guided me to pick a theme for each year of that which I wished to restore back into my life, among many I've had themes such as, adventure and joy.

Each year I see how I've grown so much, just by honouring my heart, its guidance and its/my knowing.

Having embraced my uniqueness and seeing my inner courage/strength that enables me to to share it, and to have it received by those that align with me and I them.

Or the gift of sowing seeds/enpowering others who desire to make their changes.

My life is now an adventure that reminds me of the magic, joy, peace and love that is on a daily basis, even through the challenges within a day, week or year.

Limit not yourself, you/we are unlimited and have a potential more that we can perceive with our head brain.

Free your heart and it truly will set you free.

Can you feel and see the loving act of applying self - care.

So much is shifting and transforming, within us right now... that we are going in between periods of high energy and motivation and periods of requiring extra sleep, gentle long stretches to release energy no longer required by our physical bodies, organs, cells and blood.

Honouring the ebb and flow in each moment.

Using all that you know exists to aid you and to ask for the help you need.

Over the last few days, for me there has been an increase in various places body pain.

As a sensitive, I've ensured to only feel my own stuff, so today I'm working on clearing the old, shadows, past trauma layers.

If you are resonating, it's because it's important to individually do the work on self, then collectively we can continue to surge powerfully through this great and golden shift, we've been feeling at break through point for a little while, and as it intensifies for our individual and collective rebirth, we go through many phases, which some years back were a much slower process. However as we ascend together becoming the best version of us and realigning to our heart missions new and old, the trajectory of each phase speeds up.

So deny not your inner or outer work, go with the flow and its becomes easier in a sense that it isn't prolonged.

Today I am listening and asking how I can help the body with that and it tells me, it all needs clearing, it's old energy, so I'm stretching in my own way and sending it off with love and showing gratitude for its teaching, I am / we are because of all our experiences.

Finally counsel just received, infuse your fluids within and your drinkable water with the vibration of love, keep hydrated.

As you release as am I, then feel the beautiful warmth and fuzzy tinglings through your entire body, its so lovely and a blessing that through developing the love of self enough to listen, honour and have the time for me to do so facilitated.

I'm just off now to clear, release the final part my brain, I'm being guided through my knowing to visualise it stretching, then yawning to release, then to complete, I'll call in a special being that is resonant to me to infuse a rainbow of many colour light rays and liquid gold.

I truly hope within the energy of love to have inspired you, to act upon what you know within you.

After cleansing, aligning, setting intention and creating boundaries as to how the deck will work for me/us.

I first pulled a card for myself (which I always do with a new deck) the card, affirmed I'm charging forward with focus and direction and therefore opening up a whole new life and way of living for myself and as a result new friends are coming towards me.

Gemma's Footnote and Message from Native Aspect/Higher Heart/Guide:

In order to get a sense of direction, it is necessary to close your eyes so as not to see and feel with your heart, and to listen with your heart, my childhood native guide Violet, showed me this when she was teaching me ways of old and how they would track lost members of the tribe and their animals.

The heart can see beyond any distance that our eyes and mind can, it connects you to all that is.

So allowing this period of gestation/darkness is important to the current phase.

They also call upon the animal magick and their abilities to enhance their own and this is represented by the Falcon and as such when closing their eyes and to see from a higher perspective they would embody the collective of the chosen animal to aid their sight of the land, or the owl to see clearly within the dark, or to help them Soar above their challenges.

This is how they tracked without their eyes, the feathers represented their sensitivity to the changes in the wind and their ability to feel without touch but using all of their senses.

Trust the native or shaman part of you, which was born into us all, and ensured that the 7th generation existed within us all.

Whether you believe this or not, you are sensitive and it is important to sit within the knowledge and power that you can feel more than you can touch, that you can see more than you can see and that you can hear more than you can hear.
