We are creating a tastefully mature, retro catalogue based on our favorite Hunky Drifter in the 1970’s. This means that to be a contributor, you are required to be 18+.

dude a frankenstan print would go SO hard i would love to get my hands on one! and if you're already making a print store the ivan the terrible and his son ivan redraw and the frankenstan awakening (yknow the one with ford shining a light into stan's eye) are also big favourites that i'd love to have as prints :) your art is gorgeous <3

Would anyone actually be interested in purchasing the Frankenstan poster as a print?

Whether or not I end up doing this, it most likely won’t be until after I make a Stanford version of the poster (current wip heh)

- is mortal enemies with a man named “William”

- Eventually owns a business

-both faced animatronics

-Was killed by a sibling and is being kept alive as a zombie/ Frankenstein creature by said sibling

- Both most likely had their organs removed against their will (Stanley w/t his kidney, and Michael with his…everything)

-Both have similar senses of humor (based on the security log book) and are obsessed with getting money out of survival and necessity

Easy fix - Ford kills Stan with the crossbow, but while working on bringing him back Ford notices Stan has multiple other health problems, injuries and illnesses, from his life on the road, involvement with gangsters, and not being able to afford medical care. In the canon timeline he would have to deal with these things by himself very slowly over 30 years, keeping them secret and "self-medicating" a lot. In this timeline, Ford thinks "If I don't just bring him back, but bring him back IMPROVED, he'll have no choice but to forgive me! Right?...Right?"

is frankenstan the au where ford shoots him with the crossbow when they first meet?

Not necessarily! I like to think it happened after the crossbow incident (but that made a lot of people question ask why Stan had to be “pieced” together if he was only shot in the head), and honestly, I have no idea how to answer that. I just think stitches are cool!

But honestly, you could consider the frankenstan au as the continuation to any incident after Ford and Stan reunite where Stan dies and Ford feels as though to atone for abandoning Stan as teenagers and almost destroying the universe, he has to resurrect him.

Do you think Frankenstan looks in the mirror and doesn’t recognize himself?

Besides the obvious stitches and discolored skin, he looks in the mirror and realizes he’s shorter than he was before. Not by much, just an inch or two, but enough for Stan to feel off balance as he walks. He runs his hand through his hair and mourns the loss of his thick, curly mane. It’s now brittle and thin, and Stan hates it.

His eyes used to be a deep brown and are now a sickly yellow, and his nose that used to be slightly bent to the left from multiple untreated broken noses is now perfectly straight. His shoulders are now bare where there used to be freckles from his long hours under the sun.

Stan is alive, but he’s not who he used to be. He looks in the mirror and sees a stranger wearing his twins face.

This was so so depressing to think about because it made me realize that while Stan’s identity and self-esteem was already so distorted before his death, they’re now even worse off.

While I don’t doubt Stan is elated at the prospect of a second-life, I wonder if a part of him resents Ford for bringing him back and making him endure the burden of living memories in an undead mind. This dissonance has left him picking up the pieces of something that had already shattered long ago, and at this point, he doesn’t even remember what or who they belong to.
