Starting My Diet Journey
Hello guys, I am an Asian Girl with an overweight issue.
Weight is always becoming my biggest deal since junior High School. I always trying diet but non of them are success. So, I make this blog for motivation.
Profile
I am a 22 year old girl, I weigh about 78 kgs and 155 tall. To reach my ideal weight, which is 45 kgs, I need to loose 33 kgs. 
What are My Strategies?
Starting from September 24th, 2017 I will start the diet depending on what my activities that day. 
First method that I am going to use is liquidy sugar free fasting challenge which is the only thing I consume is liquids that contain sugar free. For example, I am allowed to drink juices (Fresh juice). This gonna be started from September 25th, 2017 until September 26th, 2017.
Second method, I will do 1000 calories diet. I am allowed to eat anything as long as it’s not over 1000 calories. This kind of diet will start at September 27th, 2017 til September 28th, 2017.
Third method is Water Fasting which is I am going to drink no other than water from September 29th, 2017 until September 30th, 2017.
