Well it seems the cats out of the bag! Welcome to day 1 of the @ginfoundryuk #ginventcalendar Our sloes were macerated for three months with no sugar and using 58 Gin. We then redistilled the macerate. After distillation we reduced the ABV to 43% making it a true gin with all the berry flavours of the sloe.
