The reason so many men think rape “is not that bad” is because they believe that being penetrated by a man is an intrinsic part of being a woman. They can’t understand why penetration could be such a traumatic event, even when it is forced upon the woman. That’s also what’s behind the notion that rape can only be truly traumatic to virgins. For a woman who has experienced penetration before, rape is just another regular day.

hello sisters! if you are interested in separatism, real life activism and supporting womyn all over the world, keep reading this.
sasha (sista separatist) has published a manifesta that is currently being translated to other languages in order to reach as many womyn as possible. please consider giving it a read, especially if you're a separatist! i'll link it below the post.
also, she has created a discord server w the purpose of organizing and finding communities that not only advocate for womyn but also share resources so that we can get through these challenging times we're in. i urge you all to message me or comment in this post if you're interested in joining so that i can send you the link. we have a verification process to ensure everyone in the server is female.
even if you're not interested in joining right now, please reblog this so that i can reach as many sisters as possible. thank you for your attention!

I will just never take men seriously when they complain or they're upset by "it's a girl or an abortion" because sure, okay, let's say it's hateful, hurtful, that it's "murder" even, if you want. Let's just say it's misandry, it's bigoted, sexist, whatever you want. Say "men are oppressed", anything.
But where were you when we were discussing the (at minimum) 20 million missing baby girls in china? What do you call that, then?

& thats why its your biological reality thatll count at the end of the day, not if u do or dont enjoy wearing skirts !
Prison is slavery. Not a metaphor literal slave labor.
But here’s another not-so-fun fact they don’t teach in school: if you're a woman locked up, you get a set number of pads for your period. Run out? Too bad. Bleed through? That's your fault. And if blood stains your jumpsuit? That’s a disciplinary mark. Rack up enough of those, and they can extend your sentence.
Yeah. You heard that right. Bleeding can make your time longer. Now ask yourself, do men have to deal with any of that? Do they get punished for their biology? For bleeding? No, they don't cause men dont have periods!
Women are being punished in a system that already chews them up and spits them out. Most women in prison are there for nonviolent crimes, fraud, petty theft, survival shit. Not murder or rape. And yet they’re given barely enough pads to get by, then written up if they bleed through.
This is why you can’t say women’s and men’s prisons are the same. Women's biology is weaponized against them. Their bodies used as tools of control. The system doesn't just exploit them it re-traumatizes them, over and over, for being women.
Prison doesn’t rehabilitate. It punishes the poor, the vulnerable, the already-abused and it punishes women differently in ways no man will ever know.

The amount of women getting Botox is so.. sinister. Like we’re just admitting that as a society we don’t think it’s attractive for women to be able to have facial expressions. To express emotion. To raise their eyebrows or wrinkle their noses or grin so big it changes their whole face. We don’t want that in women. Everyone knows why. It’s too human.

Hi all my gyns, especially my Black gyns,
Today is Juneteenth, a day marking 160 years since slavery was made illegal in the United States. But as we all know, legal freedom doesn’t always mean actual freedom. Even after abolition, Black Americans were subjected to segregation, Jim Crow laws, and systemic oppression that still impacts communities today.
From the CIA flooding inner cities with crack to dismantle Black communities, to horrifying medical abuses like the recent case where a Black woman’s deceased body was used as an incubator this is not freedom.
Radical feminism is Black feminism. It's for every woman of color who is crushed beneath both racism and patriarchy. Any feminism that excludes you isn’t feminism at all.
To my white sisters: You will have bias. That’s the reality of growing up in a white supremacist society. But the work is unlearning it every single day. Radical feminism has no room for racism, no room for superiority complexes, no room for defensiveness when you're called in or called out. If your feminism doesn’t include the liberation of Black women, Indigenous women, and all women of color, then it’s not radical it’s just white comfort in disguise.
Do better. Stay teachable. Shut up when needed. Speak up when it matters, a simple my bad i will do better can go a long way!
This fight is for all women, but we don’t all face the same type of violence. Know your place in the system so you can help tear it down.
To my Black sisters: I will always be your ally. I will use my voice to uplift you and I will shut up and listen when that’s what’s needed. Your struggle is central not secondary in the fight against male domination.
Thank you for your strength, your work, your resilience. We couldn’t fight this war without you.
In solidarity always, thank you for being here.
✊🏽✊🏾✊🏿
