This is the next major cocktail on the Va11halla menu, The Mercuryblast. Bitter, sour, tropical, and sweet would describe the pallete. It’s quite simple to make, it’s essentially just a gin and tonic with Alize. Chill the ingredients first for a couple hours for the best taste.
