PhD VMX2 review
Ok so I tried this prework out for the first time ever yesterday morning! Very happy with it, think I took it a bit early. Got the gym before it opened n I was just sat in the car fidgeting, couldn't keep still. Once I got into the gym I've never worked harder, my energy levels were high through the work out and I definitely think I worked as hard if not harder than I could have, to the point were I had to take 5 outside to get fresh air! Taste: 3/10 not a big fan of taste but I didn't buy it for that Mix: 9/10 mixes very well, no bits Duration: 10/10 I worked out for about an hour and I was full of energy for the whole work out Overall: 9/10 it does what you want it to do! Boosts your energy and gets you ready for an intense work out
